CBI, Remed, and J Dunn memories of the continuing Trauma they have inflicted on me as WCB Alberta Corporate CRONIES

 I have been extremely cooperative and open with the WCB of Alberta as they have been luring me back into their web of deception that is neatly packaged into the WCB Millard phony rehabilitation facility.
 Not one single thing has changed at the WCB Millard, where they routinely produce FALSE reports, and in my opinion have aggressively pursued the practice of Falsifying documents, forging false medical documents and generally luring the victims who are lured into their web of falsely concocted injury narrative.
 Yesterday my physiotherapist spent the majority of the time we spent together scurrilously and with great enthusiasm aggressively telling me that I am an idiot. She did not use those words, but that is how I felt being told that my pain is a product of my brain and that if I read a list of recommended reading that this will relieve my pain.

 It is entirely possible that was not her intention, but the feelings that I immediately felt were the same feelings of fear I felt back in the day when Jay Dunn from Remed was preaching to me. I will never forget feeling like I was viewed by the Remed staff as a fool and an under-educated moron who is incapable of processing medical evidence and data on my OWN injury. Remed, just like the staff at the old CBI-Westmount continually pounded the idea into my brain that "You simply do not understand your injury."
 At the time I was deeply hurt and insulted by these statements the physiotherapist staff at Remed constantly pounded into my brain. How was I to know that I was suffering from an injury that was far more serious than the CBI and Remed people had been telling me for over a year?

 Just to fill in the blanks for my WCB Millard tormentors, I have suffered a serious career ending back injury. There is absolutely NO method the WCB of Alberta can legitimately put forward that can now dispel the obvious truth about the nature of my serious injury, that I suffered as a direct result of falling off of a steel rafter on the Kenworth site in south Edmonton on March 01, 2006.
 The medical evidence is now so overwhelming, as it is now backed up by 2 recent MRI's, and the IME report of Dr. Reid who is an Alberta certified Orthopedic doctor. I will look it up in my copy of the American Medical Associations Guide to Permanent Impairment later today, to see if his assessment percentage is accurate, now that I am post Kamloops MRI. My L1 burst fracture has now progressively accumulated a loss of height that is now currently reached 50 %. This loss of vertebral height is a continually progressive loss as per the multiple MRI's I pressed my family doctor for over the last 11 years.
 This continual loss of height can only signal one thing, that the surgery to stabilize my L1 burst is not stabile and never was, thus confirming my assertion that the surgery performed on me can only be considered to be a "failed surgery by Dr. Jiang". Just as I have always maintained.
 Believe me, I take no pleasure in being correct on this subject.
 For the me when I am presented with a physiotherapist aggressively "Selling me" the opinions of some fictitious doctor, my warning bells go full on Def-con 5. For myself as a seriously injured worker who has been screwed over by the WCB, at that very moment I cannot even hear what she is saying because I believe this is yet another set-up narrative the WCB needs to implant in my brain.
 The trauma I have suffered at the hands of an abusive and racist Claims Manager Wendy Hockney continues to haunt me, because in my Post traumatic mind I only see yet another "WCB blindside" coming at me.
 To me, what I see this IS the WCB Mind Control in action, as the WCB seeks to implant their false narrative into your brain so they can continue to defraud claimants and deny them any further access to proper, timely and relevant medical treatments.


 The end product of the WCB of Alberta promoting this kind of bogus "non-treatment", and selling clients on the idea that it is better to leave the client in a deformed state of suffering so the claimant can suffer an early death is precisely what the WCB master plan is designed to achieve. This appears to me to be a herd of disoriented and malfunctioning ROBOTS; who need to vigorously pursue their final massive BONUSES before January 01, 2018. There continues to me to exist a collective greed that drives them to continue to hammer me with their Corporate MIND CONTROL scripts handed to them by their corporate masters from the CBI Group of companies.
 My physiotherapist simply could not overcome the urge to sell me on the CBI mutated narrative that the Chronic Pain that I have suffered with for 11 and 1/2 years, is all in my mind. This causes me to interpret the narrative that Vanessa is trying to sell me, is because she could be this months "TOP BONUS achiever" at Millard.
 The clinician tells me that this is not her intention, but it is my assertion that she is not even aware that she is a victim of the successful programming of her mind by the WCB, and signals that the WCB organizations' "Mind Control" is not solely focused on the claimants, but in order for this WCB propaganda campaign to be successful the hypnotic effects of continual reassertion of the this same narrative over time can only be successful if; it encompasses the rehab staff as well.
 Once the rehabilitation clinicians are completely reprogrammed and 100% compliant, with all team members fully believing in their minds that the techniques they are employing on their clients are proven and successful, the WCB circle of Mind Control is complete.
 The WCB clinical staff cannot even see that they themselves have been successfully reprogrammed in THEIR thinking, because they have been completely immersed in this toxic culture for so long they cannot see the forest they are standing in for the trees that surround them. Sad really, for an outside observer to see what is going on here.
 Once again, just as was the case back in 2006 when I attended the Millard, after attending the WCB Millard for 4 days they have NOT spent even so much as 1 single minute working on my rehabilitation. They occupy their time by carefully insulating themselves by pushing document after document in front of you demanding these be signed all the time being careful to reassure you as a patient, that this is only standard operating procedure and these documents will never be used to harm you or your recovery.
 It is a well known fact that the WCB of Alberta under the direction of their El Cheapo director Guy Kerr, that the WCB of Alberta has ballooned into the largest Byzantine Government Corporation EVER created within Canada.
 In keeping with the Guy Kerr love of creating massively complex Government institutions that feed on their own bloated sense of entitlement, the WCB Millard is really the SHINING STAR of Guy Kerr's achievements. God he must be so proud of this Byzantine administrative MONSTER he has created, it feeds the massive ego.
 It is now clear that this behometh of Government WASTE gone bad was solely constructed in order to feed the old Progressive Conservative Governments need to give their friends and cronies really good paying jobs with great benefits. The only way to drive such an out of control Byzantine Government organization, is to make the entire process so complex, and TOP heavy with redundant useless do nothing government administrators brought in via nepotism to feed the Byzantine Empire of Government waste.
 The entire premise and genesis of the WCB system was to ELIMINATE massive redundant administative processes and legal procedures for the express purpose of SAVING the employers MONEY in their pockets. The WCB of Alberta under the direction of Guy Kerr has pursued his program of cloaking the massive Billions in adminstrative waste that has been sewered away in this massive Byzantine machine. To adjust Byzantine Empire losses in a positive light this organization had to create a Top Level SALES TEAM of rehabilitation specialists, these sales people are critical to selling clients on the idea that NO TREATMENT is the best option.
 What I see going on here is a key need for "Purple Team" to create a FALSE narrative for victims of this rehab scheme, is to completely and totally use their well practised and obviously hugely successful program of MIND CONTROL.
 Yup, you heard it hear first folks, the WCB Millard # Product is NOT as you would think, rehabilitation. Nope, these cats is selling MIND CONTROL. This begs the question, how many "MIND CONTOL WCB Hero Badges" does it take to become a TOP SALES ASSOCIATE at the WCB Millard?

 The correct answer is, who cares, because once again the WCB of Alberta has taken a issue that should be solely about the client and turned it into to an issue that is "ALL ABOUT THEM" and their precious bonus structure. This is a common theme that surrounds all of the old dead wood that is populating the Alberta Government at all levels of this corrupted mess. It is time to clean house, and get rid of all of the old drift wood that has been piling up in the WCB organization and the AB Govt overall.
 And it starts at the top, get rid of the head of the monster and the monster will wither and pass into the history books to be forgotten as a blight on the history of this province.
 I went to see my doctor and my chiro yesterday because I was according to my Physiotherapist Vanessa, I must have been suffering from some kind of acute stupidity attack that was bringing on my extreme pain episodes. Yup according to Vanessa being that I am obviously undereducated and quite possibly a functioning dummy, that my brain simply is not large enough to be able to process the pain signals coming from my BROKEN BACK! I mean, my God, Jesus Christ almighty, do these minions of Guy Kerr and his corporate associates actually really believe the #1 - Class A Bullshit that they are selling seriously injured workers on?
I aver, the Millard Health facilty is still a Gong Show.
 All of this has brought back the painfuly memories of being rendered homeless by the useless physiotherapists at the old REMED physio. It was Jay Dunn who made the massively moronic decision to emply Deep Back Massages on my back only a couple of months AFTER major back surgery! He hit my L1 numerous times with his deep back massages, that rendered me bed ridden. I was injured, but on that occasion he aggravated my obvious injury site, which I immediately went to my doctor and reported. It did not matter because my Claims Manager of the day cut me off and refused to respond to any of my phone calls thus rendering me homeless.
 I still get flashbacks of having to beg my family members for money in order to buy my medications, since the very first thing the WCB did back then was cut off paying for my medications.

 When Jay Dunn was employing his massage to my back, I was able to withstand the pain as he was poking and prodding my broken LI vertabrae because of pain meds. I mean Jesus H friggin Christ, there has to be a mininum level of education for these physiotherapist bastards. Clearly there exists a large void of knowledge that is NOT being taught to these physio technicians. Obviously in the province of Alberta your physio Degree comes mailed to you in the bottom of a box of Kelloggs Corn Flakes.
 Kelloggs, spreading flakes across the land and planting the roots of tommorrows flakely physiotherapists. There are good physiotherapists out there, the only problem is that when you are seriously injured and reliant on the rehab benefits of the WCB of Alberta; YOU are never exposed to any of the good ones. You get the flunkies who are solely out for their OWN benefits and their BIG BONUS cheques that are nicely meshed into their monthly pay.
 We as a society have to reach a point where injured workers are not just treated like a pay cheque, where we are treated as real humans with real injuries and real emotions that are in extreme jeopardy when we are exposed to such a super TOXIC environment such as the one that exists at the WCB Millard phony rehabilitation facility in Edmonton, AB.
 I am having a mental breakdown as we speak because of the stress these toxic people put on you as they try to UP-SELL Guy Kerr's #1 product, which is pure unadultrated BULLSHIT. This organization has all of their programmed robots selling the SAME idea, that your injury is all in your head. The crap these guys are selling is nothing more than pure Malarky, the quality of care they are currently delivering is so substandard it does not even register on any legitimate QOC meter.
 These CHEAP bastards do NOT have decent quality chairs for seriously injured workers to sit on, and this is a chronic problem throughout the facility. The therapists have to give up their own office chairs so I can have something decent to sit on during my visits. This is an outrage and a violation of my right to proper, decent and RELATIVE treatments for my injury.
 SELLING me on the Guy Kerr line of Grade A Bullshit is not any way, shape or fashion to be considered as a proper, decent care, and certainly is in no way RELEVANT to my rehabilitation. The crap these people are talking about is care for people that have mechanical back pain where it cannot be determined by a Spinal Orthopaedic Surgeon precisely where this pain is coming from.
 The evidence is clear, the MRI evidence is new, current and provides overwhelming evidence of the serious nature of my injuries. For the WCB of Alberta to continue to try to UP-SELL me on their Bullshit is worse than listening to the girl at McDonalds trying to sell you another burger or some apple pies for Gods Sake.
 Jesus Christ the WCB Millard is a mess. The ONLY way to fix this Gong Show mess is to CLOSE the WCB Millard facility, permanently.

This is a grotesque violation of my human rights and all persons who are FORCED to attend this Mickey Mouse organization that is so godammed cheap they won't even spend money so that injured workers with bad backs have a decent place to sit down. A godammed crying shamed is what this place is. They have stressed me out to the maximum, if |I crack, I am unable to control my actions. I just simply go white out and we will have to deal with the consequences of that event when these weirdos continue to say crazy wacko stuff about my injury.
 There needs to be a minimum standard of care at Millard, but to me in the first week I simply cannot see that any exists. For the team lead Debby to tell me that they (WCB) do not want to see any clients who are high stumbling around possibly injuring themselves or others, only highlights and exposes how ANCIENT their thinking and knowledge base is at the Workers Compensation Board Millard. These guys and girls are living in the 5th Century, for them Fred Flinstone has not even been born yet.
 And thus, this is where the old saying, "Yup, it really is still 1959 in Alberta alright", came from. The WCB is still living in the STONE AGE for Christ's sake.

 Debbies comments once again expose the WCB and how they always manage to twist and warp an issue that is about seriously injured workers and turn it around and MAKE the issue into something about THEM. The Alberta Byzantine Empire (WCB) is drunk on turning every issue into "something about them".

 My physiotherapist Vanessa set off my alarm bells when she said she knew Jay Dunn at Remed, it was Jay Dunn and the report from Remed that reported me for non-attendance that rendered me homeless. REMED championing making WCB clients homeless for over 10 years. I am not interested in being anywhere near toxic people like Jay Dunn or any of the crazy physiotherapists who are SELLING MIND CONTROL.

Trauma, the Curse of the Injured Worker

 This morning I awoke because I could feel how cold the house was, as a direct consequence of the cold chill that has fallen over the city as a result of the smoke wafting into Alberta from the B.C. Wildfires that gain momentum daily. On a morning like today my body is wracked in pain, from arthritis I suspect. My sciatica pain is especially debilitating this morning, as it courses down my left leg, a constant reminder of my disability. I have tried to immerse myself in any project that will help divert my attention away from my constant unending back pain.
 As I have told any physician who has ever seen me, chronic pain is just like it sounds, it is constant, it is unending and the fatigue it brings with it is a constant roadblock to completing any task around the house or otherwise. To the credit of my family and close friends it is by their good grace and helping hands that I am able to complete any tasks that I am challenged with. Usually one of them will show up just in the nick of time in order for me to complete what would seem to be very simple tasks for any person who is not disabled. This cycle of constantly relying on friends and family to arrive and help me out really stretches out any task I tackle around the house, I am eternally grateful for the generosity of those who surround me.

 As a general rule of thumb I tend to write on the days I am bedridden with pain. I cannot say that any spike in my chronic pain is what is responsible for my writing on my blog, but I can say that since I am laid up in bed on these days are the days that I typically will decide to post to my blog.
 I never started this blog to gain fame or profit in any way from the suffering of my fellow injured workers across the country, I started this blog to be a chronological account of my day to day challenges for the most part. Over the years I have tried to address many of the issues that seriously injured workers are faced with every day. I have tried to keep up to date and current on the daily developments in Workers Compensation legislation as it applies to all of us across Canada.
 For the majority of us as permanently disabled injured workers, the day to day demands of simply trying to live out our daily lives circumvents any political setbacks or advancements going on in the political spectrum of injured worker issues. I believe it would be fair to say that the majority of us as Seriously Injured Workers are simply too busy in trying to get daily tasks in life completed to immerse ourselves fully in the politics of Workers Compensation issues. I try to stay up to date, and to write when I feel that I have heard enough commentary from outside observers, that it is time for an injured worker to add some retrospect on the subject, and then I am compelled to comment. It is on one of these "lost days of summer", when I am confined to my bed that I consume news and commentary from across the globe.
 I recently attended an IME Physche assessment at the Workers Compensation Board. It is curious how my broken back has now turned into a brain injury. (Sic) I know that this observation is neither objective, nor likely helpful to my treatment of my broken back, but an interesting observation none the less. As a trauma sufferer I do not enter into these meetings with any kind of predetermined discrimination against the psychiatric community or the doctors who practice these medical arts. I don't know what is wrong with me, I don't know why I break down for no reason, I don't know why I can become quickly angered over Worker Compensation issues. It is something I live with everyday, and sometimes it haunts me. I have not been doing well since I had my assessment, it has brought back painful memories of all of the horrible things that happened to me in the last 11 and a half years. Those were not happy times or memories that we really did not discuss much. I found it both interesting and telling that the doctor observed that I have troubles with my short term memory. That can be true, especially in times of stress but I find it more telling that our discussion carefully walked around the outer perimeter of the responsibilities of the Workers Compensation Board. Asking me if there is anything else encompasses such a mammoth degree of data and events, such a question is overwhelming and just like when I fell, such a question only provides a mental canvas of perplexing data whiteout. I have made 189 posts since the Genesis of this blog, the only reason that number is not double is because most days I am incapable of writing as I am too overcome with pain to focus my attention on writing.
 Is there anything else? Yes, ergo my blog.
 From my perspective as a patient observer, I found it very telling that the Psychiatrist never touched on the issue of discrimination by the Workers Compensation Board and the fact that they deliberately appointed a Claims Manager with clearly racist opinions to be MY claims manager. The avoidance of mentioning this underlying culture of discrimination, I believe was no accident, but rather a signal of the underlying rot within the AB WCB. I found it very concerning that the Psychiatrist never touched on what happened to me when I was in the hospital at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in 2006, and what Dr. Leslie DeLima did to me to ensure that I would never be able to claim any kind of treatment for my neck injury I suffered as a result of landing flat on my back off of a steel rafter in the spring of 2006. Those are the kinds of flash backs that haunt me the most, knowing that the Workers Compensation Board still continues to this day to deny responsibility for AMBUSHING me by directing Dr. Leslie DeLima to physically attack me while I was drugged and in physical and mental shock as a patient of the Royal Alexandra Hospital.

Knowing that there is NOTHING I can do to ensure that this kind of horrific medical abuse is continuing to this day at the Royal Alexandra Hospital with the full support of the AB WCB and the Alberta Health Services keeps me up at night; I am terrified that one day I will be returned to the "WCB Hacks and Quacks Hospital" in downtown Edmonton. I fear that if I am ever returned to the Royal Alex Hospital, that the racist tendencies of this hospital will ensure that I never leave that institute alive. I believe that the only way I will ever exit that hospital again is: with a toe-tag, feet first.
 I believe that the Royal Alexandra Hospital working in conjunction with the AB Health Services has colluded to provide a toxic environment of racism towards indigenous people who have become injured at work by no fault of their own. To me after all of these years battling many different govt agencies, often numerous simultaneously that there is an underlying rot that exists across all platforms and agencies withing the AB Govt. In my mind this Govt racism and dysfunctional ROT has been fostered and spread to the Federal level when Stephen Harper deliberately targeted and promoted racist attitudes towards indigenous persons during his entire tenure in government. I said that years ago, and I believe history has shown this to be true. Everybody has known for decades that Alberta is the most racist province in Canada, that is no secret and never has been.
 This is why the psychiatric assessment by the WCB of AB has been traumatic, and this is why I told Debb that this assessment would produce an extremely negative effect on my mental state of mind, as it has forced me to recall all of the horrific things that the AB Govt has done to me in these 11+ years. I really do believe that I was targeted by the WCB of Alberta for abuse, by their special team of tactical Hacks and Quacks they keep on staff specifically to abuse injured workers they dislike. I believe this was a specific program that was designed to identify and target certain workers for abuse, and their specific objective was to deny Seriously Injured Workers medical care "From DAY 1". This program was initiated to ensure that there would never be any way for Seriously Injured Workers to defend themselves from these heinous medical attacks by Dr. Leslie DeLima WITHIN the Royal Alexandra Hospital.

 The Psyche doctor noted that I had trouble with my short term memory when recalled events, and the next day it struck me; "Precisely!" That is the precise reason that I created this blog, is because of the thousands of documents I have acquired over the years on my case file have so totally overcome my life; that it is simply not possible to ever go back and recall on demand the specifics of any single event during those 11 and 1/2 long years. Trying to remember details of my case after almost 12 years is so stressful that I am delighted that I had the foresight to create this blog in order that I would be able to go back and look at my blog to help me recall what happened.
 The trauma of being victimized by the WCB Claims managers and their do-nothing supervisors like Trevor Dill who by the way NEVER, EVER did respond to my telephone calls to his office. That is very telling of the underlying ROT at the WCB, this is a culture of "Government do-nothings".
 I believe that this culture of being a do-nothing lay about is not just a culture that is restricted to the WCB, but rather a larger ROT that permeates the Alberta Govt as a whole. Not all Govt agencies are as abusive as the WCB, but my casefile is not a one time fluke; because this is a culture that I have witnessed up close for many years now and it trancends many of the AB Govt departments. I believe that the AB PC Govt provided workshops, and retreats so that they could inject this do nothing culture directly into all aspects of the Alberta economy. I am talking on the mid to upper levels of management of the AB Govt, that there was this kind of destructive culture that was promoted and instilled as a method of blocking access for certain groups of AB citizens in this province.
 When the same doors continue to be slammed in your face, that is not a coincidence, that is the evidence of the underlying ROT of the PC racist culture that abused me in the first place because I was hurt at work by no fault of my own doing. It really bothers me that the WCB of AB continues to deny that they even know WHO Dr. Leslie DeLima even is, that signals to me that he is STILL trolling the halls of the Royal Alexandra Hospital looking for his next indigenous victim. That is shocking and should be shocking to the AB Govt, that this is considered to be Standard Operating Procedure within the framework of the Alberta Hospitals network, and that the Govt refuses to even acknowledge that these practises remain in place right now and right here in our province.
 The Royal Alexandra Hospital has never tried to deny these facts publicly, nor has the WCB of Alberta tried to deny their program of direct interference of Injured Workers care using their Hack doctors to attack trauma patients who are under the care of the Royal Alexandra hospital.
 That is what scares the hell out of me and wakes me in the middle of the night sweating and in tears.....and it should scare you if you ever are unfortunate enough to be born Caucasian challenged and under the care of the Alberta Health Services that administrates the hospitals in this province.

 For me those are the most traumatic experiences and what the Alberta Govt agencies did to me in the ensuing years afterward that still haunt me today.

Lost Days of disability now permeate my summer

 I managed to smoke enough herb to get up the necessary bravado to finish cutting the lawn of the house we live in, thus finally finish cutting the lawn for the house for the first time this summer. The WCB has decided that according to the home assessment they did, that I do not need any help cutting the lawn. I wish that were true, the fact of the matter is that when ever I am forced to do work around the house, that is when I get injured. Thus as a side effect of lifting the heavy garbage bags of cut lawn clipping I have thrown my back out again.

 It has taken the entire summer so far to complete cutting the lawn so far this year, that is the reality of living in my body. I had asked the woman who did the assessment if there were any way in which I could get somebody to cut the lawn. She never denied nor confirmed whether or not that would become a reality in the near future or not, but I did so given the fact that when ever I pick up any kind of tool around the house that vibrates it immediately triggers nerve pain from the lifetime of nerve damage done working in the construction industry. Construction is hard on a man's body, I have worked most of my adult life in construction, all types of construction and as a direct side effect of this career choice is the sheer volume of nerve damage I have caused my own body because of the trades I worked in spanning decades.

 Permanent nerve damage is caused by vibratory tools that we used on a daily basis in bridge construction, super structure construction and across a wide range of commercial and industrial buildings that we worked on over the decades. I have used heavy duty air hammers for demo work, large air impact guns up to 1 inch drive impacts that will leave your body buzzing after hanging on to one all day long. One of the jobs of putting up super-structures is that sooner or later you are going to have to impact and torque the structure to spec, and that is going to expose your body to permanent long term nerve damage because of the constant stream of vibrations that these tools emit. In the pre-engineered building industry, it is very common to get stuck tightening down the entire building with electric powered impact guns. For the pre-eng industry the cummulative effect on your nerves in your hands and arms is permanent and you will develop long term side effects from using impact guns on say Butler buildings that are put together with what we used to call "honeybees", they are grade 8 hardened fastners that help the Butler building withstand a category 5 hurricane. For the other pre-engineered buildings you would typically being using industrial quality impact drivers that will break your wrist before they will run out of torque. After many years of using these industrial impact drivers your hands and forearms will experience long term permanent nerve damage. For me, this means that when I am forced to pick up a vibrating tool, like a Mastercrap lawn mower, that sends vibrations up the handle; I will be stricken with uncontrollable shaking and tremors that course up and down my forearms while trying to simply cut the lawn.

While we are on the subject of nerve damage, I would like to know precisely WHY the WCB of Alberta has never sent me to a neurologist to examine the extent of the nerve damage in my back? Why has the WCB now spent 6 months claiming that they are going to help me, when in fact they have not referred me to 1 single Orthopedic Spinal specialist. If they are so damned committed to fixing injured workers, don't they think that maybe the guy with the most amount of schooling and expertise in this field; then WHY does the WCB continue BLOCKING my access to a specialist?
The WCB claims manager claims that I am not being blocked from accessing a specialist, but the REFUSE to refer me to the specialist that I have previously requested on multiple occasions?

The Don Dunphy injured worker tragedy: Inquiry results = Govt (RCMP) workers collude to cover up Murder of Don Dunphy

 I have watched the RCMP Inquiry into the murder of Don Dunphy for many months now, and it is truly an outrage that the RCMP is allowed to deliberately collude with one of their own members to cover up the wrongful shooting of Don Dunphy an injured worker in Newfoundland, on April 5, 2015.
 Don Dunphy was a 58 year old injured worker who lived in Mitchells Brook, St. Mary's Bay, was shot and killed by Royal Newfoundland Constabulary officer Joe Smyth on April 5, 2015.
 There are many questions about this execution style killing in my mind, the first of which is; did officer Joe Smyth have Jurisdiction to investigate in the rural area of Mitchells Brook without prior notification to the RCMP that police the rural area where Don Dunphy lived?
 If he was outside of his jurisdicton then he would not have authority to enter the premises of Don Dunphy without his permission, which is what I believe happened here. Then I believe that officer Joe Smyth was discovered by Don Dunphy and then I believe that the RNC officer decided to cover up his crime. If you read the entire CBC series on this story you will most likely come to the same conclusion, based on the mountain of evidence that the inquiry heard.
 Even if he had received prior approval to go there and investigate what officer Joe Smyth has told the inquiry was a "threat", did he have permission to enter the home of Don Dunphy illegally and without permission from the homeowner? If Don Dunphy was truly a threat and that officer Smyth was in fact in danger then why did he not alert the local police authority to the existence of this terrible threat?
 I believe that the RNC officer entered Don Dunphy's home without permission and upon discovery of an intruder was shot by the cop and then the cop set about covering it up by staging evidence is my opinion. And this mans family believes the same.
 All of the failures of the RCMP and the RNC and their failures to properl investigate expose this whitewashing affair for what it is: A govt sham to limit liability for all parties.
 This inquiry and the results only corroborates what ALL Canadians already know; and that is that the RCMP will do whatever if takes to poison any investigation into wrongdoing by their officers.
 The RCMP is a DIRTY police force, and not the fantasy police force that they like to portray themselves as. This inquiry also helps to cement the belief that regular citizens have about government and government workers. Here we have the Justice Department "Creating a whitewash report" to justify the wrongful killings of innocent Canadians. This is just another sad case of government workers covering up for other government workers, this is what I have been writing about for years now.
 When you are a government worker you get special perks that NO other Canadians get. Not only do you get the ONLY GOLD PLATED Healthcare benefits program that no private citizen can ever hope to aspire to, but you get an army of other people who share in the very same pampered special treatment by yet MORE government workers (The entire Healthcare System) who will help you when it comes time to cover up the evidence of a wrongful killing. That is how government works in Canada, it is a great big special club of special people feeling all special about their entitlements.

In that story the RCMP and the Alberta government NEVER did say what the injury was that that man was suffering from other than he was off of work do to a disability.

WCB refused to buy me a bed that my Doctor PRESCRIBED, How CORRUPT is THAT huh?

 Jamie, my current WCB Claims manager continues to maintain that because I fell at work and broke my back when I landed flat on my back on the Kenworth/PacLease site in March of 2006, that I do not qualify for the WCB to buy me an orthopaedic bed.
 Well if I do not qualify Jamie, then please tell me who in the hell does qualify? Workers squashed flat as a pancake? Dead workers? Who Jamie, please tell me because there is not 1 single Albertan that I have ever been able to find who would agree with your assessment.
 This is how I know that the WCB of Alberta is still just as corrupt as it has always been. Nothing has changed at the Alberta WCB, not a single thing. Corruption still rules at the AB WCB.

Just so you know Jamie, my doctor PRESCRIBED me an orthopaedic bed after I requested he write me a prescription. If you look back on my case you will find that prescription.
How can a claims manager deny a bed that is prescribed by your doctor?
 Let us go back to the beginning, when I had to wait 4 days for the Super CORRUPT WCB useless homecare people to show up to supposedly help me shower and clean up around the house. First of all the useless homecare people rarely did anything but watch television. They refused to go down the stairs to help me up to the shower because the lightswitch was broken, they said they were not allowed to because it was too dangerous. But it was OK for a severely injured worker to go up and down those stairs by himself. This is what makes the WCB such a horrible and miserable JOKE on the injured worker.
 These very SAME useless homecare people repeatedly told me that they would get me a new bed, but off course since these useless tits did nothing all day and refused to help me up the stairs. I would ask well, when is that bed showing up. Yup, yeah we are working on that they would say, it was all BS. I believed them, just like I believed Dr. Hong Xing Jiang when he told me that I would make a full recovery and would be able to return to work for many years to come, it was all just more WCB Bullshit and lies.
 This fight over the WCB providing a bed to a man who has broken his back at work is the pinnacle of their stupidity, the WCB of AB cannot claim to be a legitimate provider of medical care and medical needs for severely injured workers as it continues to deny me the right to a bed.
 The WCB of Alberta has the "Duty of Care" to provide me with high quality beds for the REST of MY Life, for as long as I live and breathe air on this Earth, they have to provide me with quality beds to sleep on. That is a fact of being an injury insurer. If you have ever known any person who had any kind of injury to their spinal column, even a whiplash injury you will know that one of the very first things the Auto Insurance company will provide is a bed to sleep on.
 How can you even begin to approach your day without a good nights sleep, ESPECIALLY if you have suffered a Spinal TRAUMA? It is ridiculous that I would even have to explain this to Jamie the WCB Claims Manager.
 This is WHY I know that nothing has changed at the WCB of Alberta, it is still FUBAR and it is STILL being run by Guy Kerr. He is the root of all of the corruption at the WCB, because he is pals with the corrupt architects who deliberately designed the AB WCB to abuse seriously injured workers back in 1995 when Ralph Klein implanted

Dr. John Cowell to RIG the WCB against injured workers. I know this because all of these WCB people are all part of a WCB clique, they screw over so many people the only people they can relate to are other WCB and ex-WCB people they all belong to their very own special little club of medical abusers. Dr. Cowell was a leftover from the Klein era, all of the troubles began at the Alberta WCB way back in 1995 when Ralph Klein our then Premier implanted Cowell as one of his chief cronies and without a doubt he was a key player as architect of the ambushing of the WCB policies that remain to this day to abuse seriously injured workers in Alberta. Then Ralph Klein coined the phrase, "The Alberta Advantage". Guy Kerr is one of those old Klein era cronies, part of the Alberta PC Old Boys Club that deliberately decided to build Alberta's fortunes on the backs of dead and dying seriously injured workers in Alberta. What a horrible legacy, Alberta corporations building their wealth on the backs of workers who literally did break their backs.
 And now folks, you know the REST of the story of Alberta,
 and how the horrific policies of the Alberta WCB came to be Jerrymandered by the Alberta Progressive Conservatives and their corporate cronies. The Alberta PC Party paved over the graves of dead workers to satisfy their intense NEED for GREED. Remember that the next time you hear Kevin O'Leary chirping off about how Alberta is being mismanaged.

It is hard to write when you are in constant unending pain, it is hard to get my head clear enough to write most days, especially when the WCB and my claims manager Jamie continue to deny me the right to a decent nights sleep. This is why the old deadwood bureaucrats like Guy Kerr have to GO. Not in a couple of years, but right now. Payout that do-nothing and move on, paying Old Boy cronies like Kerr only prolongs the pain and suffering of seriously injured workers. Fire him now and lets truly move forward into the future Premier Notley.

Alberta WCB Due Process Jerrymandering

 Once again I revert to the original reason I started this blog, was to keep track of real time events in the "Alberta documents blizzard" that befall you when you have a WCB claim. Back when I started this blog, I was the unwilling participant in fighting with 6 different federal and provincial govt agencies, all simultaneously! 
 There is no experience in life that will prepare you for the moment your (PC) government decides it is going to wage an all-out government attack on your credibility as a disabled person. There is no training course or book that you can read that will prepare you for the panic attacks, fear and helplessness that will overcome you as you simply try to get proper housing that your body can tolerate at an affordable cost. The idea that there are all a pile of social nets for Canadians to fall into in this province is completely false; this has been my experience, because this does NOT mean that these programs will be accessible to YOU, the disabled worker.
 All of these feelings are beginning to come rushing back, the memories of being humiliated by self-serving public servants, who always manage to turn your immediate need from their department "Into something about THEM..." 
 Any normal human would ask themselves, "How is it possible that all Alberta govt offices function in this manner? Being subjected to the Alberta govt paper blizzard, is bumper sticker that no human should ever have to collect.
 Worse yet was the attacks by the Harper gangsters that were flown in to deny me CPP benefits, by simultaneously attacking me and spending the majority of the appeal with the 3 panel members calling me a drug addict and demanding that I seek addiction counseling. I asked them what their claims had to do with my disability, they had no reply. That was a very traumatizing time, because of the failure of the WCB to recognize my injuries, it made it impossible for me to seek any CPP Disability benefits as well. The badgering by the committee was the worst part of that 2 yr bogus process, because the Harper govt. loaded up the Office of the Appeals Commission with his own Party Hacks. They got paid handsomely to abuse disabled people across Canada and as a casualty of the abusive nature of the CPP Appeals that was brought to light with media exposure of these panel abuses, the panel was dismantled. I do not even know what Trudeau has replaced it with, if anything I really don't know.

This is where I came up with the association of the AB WCB and the Byzantine Empire. The Byzantine bureaucracy that flourishes within the kleptocracy of many of Alberta government departments is where the confluence of aristocracy and bureaucracy both used to meet for coffee; with a some Due Process gerrymandering thrown in for desert.  A normal human who has never been shoved into this kind of government meat grinder, naturally is not equipped mentally to cope with the stress that you will be exposed to.
 There are a great many parallels to the Byzantine Empire of many centuries ago and the current day political climate we are experiencing with Donald Trump as POTUS. 

 WCB still refuses to forward my referral. This is exhausting for a disabled person in a weakened mental and physical state to spend 2 months for a simple referral.
 My claims manager STILL has not completed the very first and ONLY request that I made to the WCB! Why does she refuse to refer me to a WCB Orthopedic Surgeon named Cory Cundall?
 Dr. Cory Cundall is a WCB doctor, he is paid by the WCB of Alberta. My claims manager continues to say that I am not being blocked, but that is not true because she is the only one who can hit the enter button on her keyboard to forward the referral to the Surgeon.
 This entire current round of WCB deflections is that my original letter to the WCB, where I request a referral to one of the WCB's very own Orthopedic Surgeons is STILL being denied.

 This still does nothing to address the bizarre denial of a bed for me, why am I still being denied a bed? You cannot claim to be a legitimate WCB organization when you refuse to buy a bed for a man who fell and broke his back. To say that the WCB's official position on this matter is legitimate is just so patently absurd, that this in of itself proves to me that nothing has changed within the WCB of Alberta.

 Just as I have always said and wrote, "If the WCB says it over the telephone, then it is a lie". That is one constant that never changes within the WCB. Here we are 2 months after my initial letter and the WCB is still spinning itself in circles. I honestly believe that the WCB of Alberta will NEVER let me see a Orthopedic Spinal Surgeon for a diagnosis or a long term prognosis of my condition, because it would not sufficiently dilute my injuries enough for their own objectives is my opinion. 

 So here we are 2 months after I delivered the letter to the downtown WCB offices, while there has been some advancement of the WCB officially recognizing my some of my injuries, the central argument is and always has been that the WCB of Alberta still refuses to accept responsibility for my neck injury and my knee injury when I fell. We are back to square one, locked in the very same disagreement that sparked the original fight with the WCB Millard, and that is:
 The WCB still does not have a legitimate process in place that 
A. Investigates a workplace injury that resulted in a career ending injury to a worker. Jamie's and her supervisor's claim that because the OHS and the WCB are not connected there is nothing they can do about the fact that NO WCB investigator ever came to talk to me about what happened on that day working on the PacLease/Kenworth site in south Edmonton.
B. No legitimate process to investigate the accident, their only policy is just to say NO, NO, NO, NO and NO. How can any reasonable person say that this is a legitimate process of investigating the injuries of a worker. I repeatedly told Dr. Jiang about my neck and my knee. His response was, "Look, I am ONLY being paid to fix your back."

 Since I was unable to initiate a medical response from the doctor who was supposedly a professional acting in a professional manner, I had to wait until I got to the Millard Center to tell the WCB what happened on that day in March of 2006. But, the only problem with that idea is that the WCB of Alberta and the WCB phony rehab facility known as Millard, these people could really CARE LESS, because they don't care about your injuries.

 This has always been the case with the WCB Millard, when I was originally injured working on the Edmonton Journal back in 1990, it was the same damned thing at Millard. The only thing they could talk about is how they are going to torture you as a injured worker suffering from a terrible back condition. WCB Millard was a bunch of FLAKES back in 1990, that is why I sought medical treatment from my chiropractor because the Millard approach to Threats and Intimidation did nothing to treat my back injury, even in 1990, go figure huh?

Alberta really is the FAKE WCB Capital of the World

 I just received yet another fake letter from my fake WCB Claims Manager Jami. I say that she is fake, because after I dropped off a letter 10 days ago, she immediately phone me with FAKE claims that she really wanted to help me.
 I knew right there that all the BS she was spouting was nothing more than another pack of lies from the FAKE WCB office in downtown Edmonton. Do you know how I know her claims of helping me were all lies? Because the 1 thing I asked for in my letter to the WCB, was for the WCB to forward my referral from my one of my doctors to the WCB, Jami my FAKE WCB Claims manager refused to do that.
 You see, the WCB of Alberta has legitimate claims managers who do all of the processing for government workers like Cops, Firemen and government do-nothing desk jockeys.

 For any other workers who become Seriously Injured in the line of work are referred to the gang of FAKE WCB Claims managers who are themselves pampered with the BEST Healthcare benefits in the all of Canada because of their Gov. of AB collective agreement.

 Jami just sent me a FAKE letter proclaiming that she accepts my claim for my burst L1 Vertebrae, but does not accept thoracic degenerative disease or cervical spinal symptoms.
 So lets us exam this FAKE medical examination claim with the real facts in this case, I never had any history of ANY kind of degenerative disc disease because I was a hard working and contributing member of society. 
 Newsflash to FAKE WCB: I had a job when I FELL of a steel rafter and landed on my Iron tools, breaking my back.
 WCB refuses to even recognize my previous Injury in 1990, they are such a lying pack of giant assholes, coached by one GIANT Asshole name Guy Kerr.
 Fire Guy Kerr, end of problem with AB WCB. That would be a start for Rachel Notley, FIRE Guy KERR. Do it NOW, please for the sake of humanity in Alberta please fire this do-nothing bum.

I had a job and was fully capable of working, and working very hard for my pay. The only reason I was able to continue working is that when I originally hurt my back working on the Edmonton Journal in 1990, the FAKE WCBhttps://www.wcb.ab.ca refused to help me. My Chiropractor worked on me almost daily for 3 months, and on the day I went back to work is the day that WCB paid me for my wages. They sent me a letter way back then and it said that I would be solely responsible for the "maintenance of my back" in the future.

 I paid my Chiropractor so that I could remain working, and I paid that out of my own pocket for 15 YEARS, with NO help from FAKE WCB in Edmonton.
 FAKE WCB has their own hired guns pretending to be doctors that produce an endless flood of FAKE WCB Medical opinions. They then use these FAKE WCB DOCTORS to justify their horribly abusive pattern of behavior.

 It is all a giant heap of steaming Bullshit, that is what the FAKE WCB produces is an endless STREAM of Bullshit. The Workers Compensation Board of Alberta is the largest medical FRAUD scheme ever produced in the continent of North America.

I categorically reject ANY medical data provided by FAKE WCB, because there is not one iota of actual medical evidence to support their FAKE Medical opinions.

The WCB Alberta and their DUTY to ACCOMODATE

  The WCB of Alberta is fully aware of the fact that they are the "Exclusive remedy" for all claims arising from being hurt at work.
  They know this, and they warp these powers that are 100% in direct violation of Section 15 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

 They know it and the the WCB uses their exclusive remedy once again to DENY my doctors referral to Dr. Cory Cundal in Calgary on the advice of Rob Brown who now lives in Vancouver. At this point all I want is to have ACCESS to a REAL Spinal Orthopedic Surgeon. Not for the specific purpose of surgery, but for an accurate diagnosis of my condition, and a long term prognosis. If there is any kind of surgery available to give me my life back, that would be amazing. 
 I CANNOT Access any treatments until a legitimate Orthopedic Spinal Specialist writes his diagnosis of my condition, and the FAKE WCB knows this to be fact. And still they choose ABUSE as their first treatment TOOL. FAKE WCB drags this province DOWN, because people from around the globe look for job opportunities here and then they see what it is really like here and if my BLOG page means they choose work someplace else, that is excellent. This means that MORE pipeline will burst, more plant disasters will happen, more workers will be injured in the line of work, it is a natural byproduct of denying a problem exists. This means that Alberta is drawing from the BOTTOM of the gene pool when seeking workers from across the globe. 
God Job Guy Kerr: NOT! Guy Kerr, permanently staining the reputation of Alberta.


But once again the WCB had DENIED me access to a specialist that can help me in my quest for relief from my Chronic Back Pain.

 I want to see a REAL orthopedic surgeon, not a WCB Hacks and Quacks CRONY doctor who only seeks wealth by producing false and misleading reports on my condition. I don't want to see WCB Crony doctor, Dr. Doolittle. Dr. Doolittle cannot help me in my condition, I need real capable med help.

 Given that the WCB is the exclusive remedy for injured workers, this makes the Duty to Accommodate ten times more critical, and the WCB of Alberta knows this to be fact. For the WCB to deny me access to proper, timely and relevant medical treatments, procedures, diagnostics and medications is a GROSS violation of their Duty to Accommodate.
 Since I am permanently disabled, the WCB KNOWS and is fully aware of their Duty to Accommodate, and that is WHY they get such great GLEE from inflicting even more pain and mental anguish on Seriously Disabled Workers when they abuse them like they did to me yesterday morning. This is why the WCB of Alberta deserves the moniker of Schadenfreude mental abusers. These people are toxic in every form of the word.
 WCB Alberta is world famous for their abuse of Seriously Injured Workers, this is no secret, this is public knowledge built on watching abused workers suffering on television. We all know the WCB of Alberta is evil and we know the man who is responsible, his name is Guy Kerr.

 In a country where our rights are supposed to be guaranteed under the charter, as injured workers we are exposed to the Evil WCB, with no sane lawyer wanting to take on a WCB case we are left to our own devices to battle these schadenfreude bastards by ourselves. Yesterday, the woman at the counter asked me who McMenney was and if he was still my representative.
 Francis McMenney was my lawyer appointed by WCB, he waited so long for my claims manager to release my documents that he DIED waiting for these bastards to do their job. It is a sick fact that even a lawyer cannot help you because the whole WCB organization is so corrupt that ALL lawyers know their is literally NO CHANCE of winning anything from the WCB, EVER!
 The fact of the matter is that the WCB Claims Manager can O.K. anything with the simple push of the ENTER key on her keyboard, but she does not collect a big BONUS when she hits enter so that option is completely OFF the TABLE for Seriously Injured Workers who are not government workers. That is how the real world works, for government workers. And for the rest of us, oh well to bad you were not a government worker when you fell.
 I told Debb yesterday as we waited and I waited in terrible discomfort in their lobby and waited, that if I were a Fireman and walked in that door the WCB would be FALLING ALL over THEMSELVES trying to help the poor unfortunate government worker. And that is how FAKE WCB really works.
 WCB Alberta, you really ARE Fake WCB. Everybody know this to be true.

 Why even go through this shit, just do like the guy who lit himself on fire. There is NO point of engaging the FAKE AB WCB, because nothing has changed. It is still the same giant asshole in charge, the government changed but the head asshole at 
FAKE WCB is still there and still collecting $1 Million per year for fucking over Seriously Injured Workers.

 This message is for brain dead WCB jack offs that pretend to be in a position of power in their bogus role as some kind of supervisor of WCB Claims Managers (CM), who would ensure that Seriously Injured Workers would be treated in a manner befitting a worker who has sustained a Career Ending Injury at work.
 Haha ha, what a cruel joke to play on Seriously Injured Workers. WCB Supervisors are DRUNKS that party with the PUNISHMENT CREW of extra cruel Claims Managers. These Claims Managers and their bogus Supervisors are all TOP PERFORMERS.
 To be a Top Performer at the WCB of Alberta means that you as a Claims Manager have sent a large number of seriously injured workers to an EARLY GRAVE. That is how WCB Alberta really works, why else would desperate injured workers LIGHT themselves on fire in front of the WCB Edmonton Offices? Because DEATH is better than living with the WCB. Suicide is BETTER than the cruelty doled out by the WCB of Alberta.
 Looking at a picture of Guy Kerr and CURSING his entire family, and all of the EVIL bastards at the WCB before you end your own life is a BEST POSSIBLE OUTCOME for seriously injured workers.
 The WCB is so fucking phony, do you know why? They have to worlds MOST Uncomfortable CHAIRS in the world in their reception area. They don't want anybody coming to their offices for ANY reason, so they make it so fucking uncomfortable that I know I am never going back to their phony fuck show. These schadenfreude bastards are TOXIC to even be near these horrible people. Stay away from WCB people, their toxicity will seep into you and then you too will be an evil fucking distorted human that hates all humans who are NOT fully physically enabled.
 Don't even talk to these evil bastards, they do not deserve the time of day from a real human. So make sure you deny them their right to be treated in a fair and human manner, just ignore them when they speak to you. That is the best advice I can give when interfacing with these Self-entitled bastards.
 If they are your neighbor, just stop talking to them. Pretend you don't hear what your WCB neighbor is saying to you, that is how they treat Seriously Injured Workers, so be polite and just totally ignore them.
