Today I am going to the office of Tony Vandermeer and thank his assistant for her efforts. Tony Vandermeer and other Alberta MLA's are oblivious to the fact that the Alberta WCB wields more power than the Alberta Government Caucus. I am completely respectful of all who try to help me, but in this case going to my Alberta MLA has actually "Hurt" my fight against Alberta WCB.
Collen Bamford sent me a letter denying me my CT and MRI scans of my C-Spine. My situation was hopeless before and now it is a complete disaster. I am going to have to go it alone against the Alberta WCB monster. At least prior to visiting my "Elected" officials office I was able to access a MRI scan, albeit took 8 weeks. That is still better than "NEVER". She knows not what a truly monstrous beast the WCB really is.
It is a joke. This government has no power, they are a puppet of the corporations. The facists have taken over. These are truly dark days for democracy, freedom and the idea that this is a good place to live.

You have got that right my friend, I am targeting MLA's and crooked doctors. these guy's collude with the WCB to deny claims. Do you have a bone to pick with the Doctor who sided against you? go to "rate MDs" and give him a nice rating encourage your family and friends to do the same. No patience, no money, no money - no point of staying in Alberta- Dave Quest , my MLA is on my hit list to get unelected - start campaigning against that bitch who effed you around and those shill doctors

ReplyDeleteI feel your frustration, WCB has more power than the MOB! I received HEAD and BACK injuries almost twenty years ago. The only person to see anything was my lawyer. For every Doctor that said I was 100% disabled WCB got one to disagree. They (wcb) have spent more than a half million for medical experts to side on their behalf. Go figure" I guess a life to them is only valued at $6,800.00
ReplyDeleteIt's all true! WCB Alberta put me through it just the same. An amputated leg, c-7 spinal, 6 back fractures, collapsed lung, broken sternum, a coma, 7 months of hospital and rehab, and the winner is.......WCB ALBERTA! F*****s! After 5 years of fighting, paying a legal firm, and getting no pension, spending my kids college fund on living expenses, I now work in a restaurant making 1/4 of what i used to make. My Dr., tells me my back can no longer take the work, but I have this habit of eating food every day, and paying my rent and utilities. The company i worked for (A large paving company in Alberta), tried to be accomodating by offering me other work, but that too was against my Dr.s orders, so I did not accept. Even with a Dr.'s letter, WCB Ab. wrote me off. I recieve no pension, no wage loss. I am on my own, my condition decreases, and just last week WCB sent me a letter claiming they no longer wish to pay for my Morphine. I'll have to start smoking pot i guess.

Unfortunately, my husband and I are going through the same B.S. He was ran over from his feet to his abdomen and back down on Wednesday October 13 2010. The machine was an Genie Boom wieghing in at around 14,000 ponds i believe. The guy who ran him over was an apprentice. My husband had asted him numeriopus times to have a spotter, next thing he knows he's being ran over.
ReplyDeleteOur doctor is not supporting us because W.C.B. has threatened to make his life hell. We are struggling like you all have. We have seen so many doctor's and no answers still. My husband has been labeeled an drug aaddict by W.C.B AND other doctor's. They have sent him to an re-hab where the doctor there has right out told him and wrote an report that this is not the case. How bout you W.C.B WORKERS get ran over and then tell him it's all in his head. The W.C.B. Workers has yet to correct their report errors about the accident and probably won't. We will fight with everything we have and if we loose everything because of these bast****s, i will do whatever it takes to make our voices heared.
I have three little girls that don't understand why daddy can't be at home, why he is being called not nice names and above all this he is lucky to still be in our lives. The angels were watching over him. I believe i will have justice served in the ner future.
I'm so sorry to all the families that have destroyed by these horriable people.
