Just as I have always said, and wrote about in my Blog. Plus I have filed complaints with the College of Physicians about these evil shill bastards sharing my information with 3rd party bogus doctors who have never met me and never examined me. A judge in Saskatchewan has just ruled on our Privacy rights. I have always said, they have violated my FOIP privacy rights. Wow one more complaint to file. This is better than going to Law School. The reason I know what these doctors credentials are is because I went to the medical association office and checked. Canadian College of Family Practitioners, not a orthopedic or spinal specialist at all. It's all here in my blog, this is government sponsored racketeering. You can file complaints with any agency, flush these shill bastards out of their crevices. I know it is enormously time consuming, from experience. But I do believe that somehow in the end it will be worth it. I hope. Here is a letter from Dr. Charleton,(Page 01)(Page02) this is part of my file and as such I own it. This is the document that my claims manager continues to hold up as a medical investigation into my injuries, even after my C-spine MRI was produced. I was able to find doctors reports dating back to when I was seeing my Orthopedic Surgeon in 2006, corroborating my neck pain complaints. I now know why they refuse to release my complete file to my lawyer, they know there is incriminating evidence of their racketeering operation in my file. They refuse to acknowledge these documents and refuse to even return phone calls to my Doctor. I have always said if they want to know anything, just pick up that weird looking device called a telephone and call my physician, as he is my primary care giver. Like I told the appeals commission, their entire organization is one big Joke. It is not a true legal entity, since it does not adhere to any known legal principles, or incorporate any true legal devices. The whole gong show is ripe with corruption. Truly bringing shame to the legal system. I do believe that the government does not like social networking sites that cut them down. But the Gods honest truth to the matter is that the entire WCB network and their substantial network of highly specialized lawyers have been collaborating on a hybrid corporate networking system for many years. And they have governments on their side to make sure that you believe that the problem is the worker, and not the system. This is just the Globalization Machine at work. If the media thinks they are immune, then they are just not paying attention. Stand up for what is right. Unite for the next generation. WCB is trying to turn Patrick Clayton into a enemy of the state. This is a fight for democracy. How will you be counted? What legacy will we leave for our children if we do not stop the enemies of democracy? These people (WCB) have perverted every known law in the land. It is too late to save me, for gods sake save yourselves.

Patrick Clayton is Charged & Hector Goudreau stands by WCB Appeals process

I went to the legislature today and visited the gallery on a pass from my MLA. I was shocked and appalled by Hector Goudreau to stand by "Operation Fleece Workers". Many have argued that the WCB is funded by employers. More BS. If workers did not go to work then there would be no WCB. There is no single larger stakeholder in this whole mess than the seriously injured worker. No other participant has as much to lose, and has everything at stake in this process. Not the least of which is his life. I know, I live under the thumb of these "Sieg Heil" bastards every day. Another baloney head waving around the "Appeals Process". B.S., I am calling your hand Hector, because that is what you are doing. You are gambling with my life. And, as we all found out on Thursday. The Shill bastards that glean the very living life and soul from productive working families, didn't like it when the table was turned. Guess what, humans don't like it when somebody else holds all the cards, and their lives hang in the balance now do they? And they are not even disabled. To knowingly target and maliciously strip a disabled human being financially and medically bare, Why? While stripping a disabled human being of all their rights guaranteed under the charter. Then with dutiful malicious intent mentally torture and attempt to inflict a nervous breakdown on another human is a heinous crime against humanity itself. These individuals acting in concert shows collusion and Culpability in a racketeering organization. The malicious maggots who have done this to innocent families should be brought to justice. Here are the pages of my first and only appeal that WCB fed into the paper shredder. Letter of Authorization, Page 01, Page 02, Page 03, Page 04, Page 05. These documents were faxed to the WCB office downtown. They fed them into their paper shredder. Fair treatment? Working dispute mechanism. Hah! That would assume that the other signatory in this process was not a evil shill bastard hell bent on using any number of dirty, misleading, malicious tricks to roadblock your appeal or any part of the appeal process. Hector, if you stand up for these clowns, your credibility is at stake. Millions are watching you defend very bad people. What kind of legacy is that? I think the good people of Dunvegan and the Peace country elected someone smarter than that. Once again the WCB cleverly downloads the integrity and reputation hit onto someone other than themselves. They do this every day, finding another fall guy is their specialty. Nevermind the fact that your caucus pals have hung a giant boulder on the back of your ski-doo on Sandy Beach. I wonder if they will dive in to save your reputation when it all starts sinking. I have been waiting for my complete file that I authorized for my lawyer 8 months ago. When my claims manager denies a medical need, why does this issue not go before a medical review panel? Rather than a shill unqualified rent-a-doc colluding with sociopath claims managers? Why do I have to go through a needlessly long drawn out shell game run by gangsters, and fraud artists? As a seriously injured worker under extreme physical and mental duress, I simply don't possess the necessary tools to go to court every time I need some medical care. I suppose I should not expect more from those who would mock democracy itself.

Alberta and the loss of hope

Judging by the Alberta governments response, nothing is going to change. As I expected they are beefing up security across the board at all government buildings. Is the WCB saving employers money yet? Will the guy running this gong show stand up and make the shill bastards that are abusing our hard working citizens accountable, Not! These people are relatives of the government, they are not going to give up their do nothing jobs. They would not be able to rob us blind then. How will they get free financing for their time share projects in B.C.? Will the whistle blowers come forward, not likely. The robber barons are too busy running. Watching all hope fade before your eyes is truly a horrible experience. Any statistics the WCB produces is complete Blarney. Persons from this government open their mouths and B.S. comes out. Moo. The Dream of Freedom

It has been weeks since I have updated my blog. I had hoped that since I had delivered a copy of the prescription my doctor wrote for my orthopedic bed, eventually something would happen. I left a message on Colleen Bamford's answering machine, that her message says she never checks. I believe it, a do nothing getting paid to do guess what? Nothing. Ain't nepotism great? Well at least someone related to a big Alberta construction firm is picking up a paycheque for doing absolutely nothing, except picking up bonuses for abusing seriously injured workers. Good job Colleen.
It is interesting in her last letter she quotes the writer as being unable to find any evidence. Well if you sit around all day doing nothing, your investigation will as a matter of course, turn up no new findings. Neither Collen Bamford, nor her new Hack doctor (Mr. Charleton) even attempted to do a thoroughly complete competent investigation for evidence of prior neck complaints. Once again the findings of any of the WCB so called investigations read like some sort of sick perverted Reform School itinerary. They twist the facts until they are all distorted, and really at that point they reach the prominence of outright lies. I have given this felonious insurance corporation every possible opportunity to help me, but they still refuse me even the pleasantry of a good night's sleep. And then as a final insult they tell me that the only way I am allowed to communicate with them is via written communiques. Which is another falsehood in itself since they don't respond to those either. They seem to think that they (WCB Alberta) have a monopoly on feelings. This is John's story in B.C. on you tube.

I've postulated the idea that the WCB offices across Canada and the US are rotating their KOOK doctors to avoid conviction of conspiracy. I can now see why they had to form a WCB Club to share felonious ideas. If this were not true then a responsible organization would reign in their loose cannons, or bar them.

How humiliating for legitimate insurance companies who actually have to help injured persons, medically and financially. I have heard absolutely nothing since I produced the evidence to my doctor and he agrees that the evidence that I hurt my neck when I fell is undeniable. The WCB refuses to respond in any way. Just one more trick in their never ending bag of tricks to deny legitimately injured workers any kind of help. Due process, in my eyes seems like an ideal that is a million miles away. Something as unreachable as freedom was for the slaves of America. I now know what it is to be persecuted in your own country, a true injustice has been committed here. I have waited over 3 years for a chance to be heard in a true court of law. I now realize that I will never have my day in court, that is a true Canadian fantasy. It is now clear that any sort of Kangaroo IME that the WCB Alberta would put together, would just be another complete farce. Complete with KOOK IME doctors, it would be a complete embarassment to the Alberta Health Sciences community. I don't dream of that phoney WCB act anymore.
Freedom is an illusion. Persecution by one human being who is more powerful than our government, law courts, our entire medical community is not a quality of democracy our Prime Minister should be bragging about. He sneers at China regarding human rights, look in your own back yard Stephen.
It is difficult most days to produce any new blog content because of the physical problems my neck is causing. The same goes for dealing with any of the dozens of letters I need to write to officials, looking down at documents actually sets off the "popping" of my neck. I am no different than any other human being on this planet. I was born with precisely the same number of nerve endings as any other human, I feel pain and fatigue just as any other human would. And, I was born with exactly the same amount of feelings, neurological and physical feelings as any other person. As a result I have been kept quite busy finalizing all of the paperwork required for the completion of my CPP, and the necessary paperwork for AISH.
To this day I am absolutely stunned as to exactly why I am being forced to apply for AISH. My medical and physical needs are in no way the responsibility of the Government(Taxpayers) of Alberta. The government cleverly forgets to mention this little fact that it is the taxpayers of Alberta, and the rest of Canada that are on the hook for the care of these permanently disabled persons. Why? The Meredith principle should be renamed the Canadian Dream. I will phone do nothing's supervisor Trevor Dill today. It is probably her cousin.

Injured Alberta IronWorker Bad News

Well the news just keeps getting worse. I finally get my MRI approved and my lawyer writes me to tell me he does not believe that Legal Aid should fund me. The primary problem with this logic, is the fact that another lawyer already wrote a Legal Opinion on my file and concluded that I do have a valid case. My lawyer's point is moot. I wish that if he does not want my file, then by all means pass it on to a lawyer who does. Honestly, I have my plate full just trying to fight Alberta WCB without having to babysit my Lawyer and lead him around by the hand. Once again Alberta WCB has lied to my MLA's assistant and told her that my lawyer requested my file on May 1, when in fact that consent was faxed on April 3rd, 2009. My doctors request for a MRI was submitted on May 1st.
What really gets me down is:

1. Where is my due process?
2. When does the WCB stop lying and start helping?
3. The appeal process is supposed to be a dispute mechanism, and not a DESTRUCTION OF HOPE TOOL for Claims Managers
4. Where is my IME (Independent Medical Examination)? It is to be conducted at the end of the 2 year period. It is conducted at that time because it is accepted by the Medical Profession that any nerve damage that was done, would have been healed as much as it will ever heal by the end of this time frame. Their acronym is MMI (maximum medical improvement).
5. My Injury is listed as a PCI. Which means I am partially disabled and once my IME is Conducted, my ELP and NELP will have been established and can be disbursed.
6. This is Alberta Government sanctioned Fraud. And I am tired of it. How is any human expected to deal with these Obtuse Obdurates for another 20 years?
7. It is only 3 and a half years and I am ready to kill myself. I was never suicidal until I had to deal with the Felonious Government Insurance Scheme,known as the WCB Alberta.
8. Why have I not been allowed to go to the "Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minn?"
9. I was referred to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota last year by my Doctor, and WCB Alberta immediately responded by closing my file. The WCB Alberta mob of idiots has had their share of time to execute their retard fraud show.
10. Now it is my turn. They have proven their ineptitude time and time again. They do not collaborate my health care treatments in good faith. They have proven that they have absolutely no intention of helping a seriously injured worker.
11. I am in constant unending pain and I want some help. I want to go to the Mayo Clinic to which I was referred, and my doctor and Surgeon have already forwarded my medical records last year.
12. You would not treat a dog in this manner. So why does our government sanction the treatment of humans in this manner?
13. Why am I not allowed to have a Case Manager who is not discriminatory, and why has no higher official at WCB Alberta intervened and done a complete review of my case?

Once again, I would like to thank Tony Vandermeer's Office for all of their help. God bless Brenda Goebel. I was misled into believing that Tony Vandermeer's Office was actually doing ANY work on my file. I initially was very grateful and humbled to have a PC MLA actually pretend to do work on my file.
  I originally was duped into believing that Tony Vandermeer actually cared about a terrible injustice being perpetrated against a disabled person.
  Boy was I ever stupid enough to believe that ANY PC MLA could give a crap about hard working Albertans.

 Tony Vandermeer's Office stabbed me in the back and told me on a return visit to
"Forget about my injury and MOVE On with my life".

  There is a god and he does not like do-nothing Floaters like Tony Vandermeer either, and Tony was DEFEATED in the 2012 Alberta Election.

 Just so there are NO hard feelings Tony Vandermeer, I have some advice and some comforting advice for Tony on his defeat,
"Forget about it TONY and move on with your Life"!

Oh yes and thank you Deb, and Dr. Adebayo. You two keep saving my life, and I am humbled. Thank you Doug for your support and those who have been a sounding board for my nervous breakdown. TY Kim for knowing what to do, and when. Who knew PTSD is triggered by obdurate s?

Drowning in a Sea of WCB Alberta B.S.

Today I am going to the office of Tony Vandermeer and thank his assistant for her efforts. Tony Vandermeer and other Alberta MLA's are oblivious to the fact that the Alberta WCB wields more power than the Alberta Government Caucus. I am completely respectful of all who try to help me, but in this case going to my Alberta MLA has actually "Hurt" my fight against Alberta WCB.
Collen Bamford sent me a letter denying me my CT and MRI scans of my C-Spine. My situation was hopeless before and now it is a complete disaster. I am going to have to go it alone against the Alberta WCB monster. At least prior to visiting my "Elected" officials office I was able to access a MRI scan, albeit took 8 weeks. That is still better than "NEVER". She knows not what a truly monstrous beast the WCB really is.
It is a joke. This government has no power, they are a puppet of the corporations. The facists have taken over. These are truly dark days for democracy, freedom and the idea that this is a good place to live.
