Syncrude Corpse Will Never Collect WCB a.k.a. Dave Matthews

This article is interesting considering that Dave Matthews was Syncrude's bird and ecology team leader. Dave Matthews has since died of Cancer. Matthews, who had no training in wildlife management, since his only previous Syncrude qualifications was expertise as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
It came out in the court hearings that Dave Matthews has since died of Cancer. Interesting? Yes, could it be as result of working in close proximity to the Toxic Tailing Pond?
Did Equipment Operator/Migratory Bird Specialist Dave Matthews qualify for Workers Compensation Alberta death benefits, since there is about a 99% Probability Mr. Matthews expired as a result of working in such close proximity to the Tailing Pond/s.
I am simply curious as to whether or not Dead Syncrude Personnel qualify for this benefit, considering it equals of probably exceeds the Test for Cancers caused as a result of prolonged Occupational Exposure to extreme known Carcinogenic Toxin Lakes. There is no Scientist in the World that would contest the Extreme Toxicity & Cancer causing known Toxins in these Poisonous Chemical Lakes.
Mind you a Alberta Government Crony Scientist would knowingly Mislead the Public about the Tar Sands Scientifically Accepted Facts.

It only seems fair given the fact that the Fire Fighters have earned themselves this exclusive death benefit, recognized by the WCB Alberta.
Dis-including "ALL" other workers exposed to extremely dangerous Cancer Causing Chemicals, on the basis these Fire Fighter Cancer's were caused by agents of Combustion, is nothing more than Discrimination on the basis the unfortunate deceased worker was employed by Oil Sands Corporations propped up by Super Corrupt Oil Cronies in the Alberta government.
After all the Director for CSIS just public stated that government officials in Canada have been compromised by foreign interests.
I regard any group or Corporation that corrupts our government officials to be regarded as a foreign Power. Some of these crooks are domestic (eg.WCB), but Most are acting on behalf of foreign Oil interests. In my opinion.

In my Opinion,He has to be, there is no other possible explanation as how he went from being a school teacher to being a Injured Workers Advocate, he was a WCB Claims manager or his wife was.

Armed man enters WCB Edmonton

The Alberta WCB is just plain bad Karma. And you know what they say about bad Karma, what goes around comes around. Fortunately no one was injured in the standoff. Do I now believe that the Hellberta Government is going to take action and actually make the WCB compensate seriously injured workers? The answer is NO, I do not! We have been lied to before by TORY Corp. Never happen this is a pro-business government and why would a conservative government put and end to what amounts to a hidden TAX on Albertans and Canadians. When the WCB does not pay, the taxpayers across Canada end up paying for the health care and living expenses of seriously injured workers from Alberta. Why are the taxpayers on the hook for my care, and some of it is very expensive. The Alberta WCB obviously has no clue as to what the word "fiduciary" means. More importantly, they do not care either. Who gave these guys an Insurance License anyways. My doctor and all the non WCB health care workers I have encountered in this entire experience have been professional. The only people I have encountered who are 100% non professional, and have not treated me with respect and dignity is the Workers Compensation Board staff, right from day 1. I have been asking for a bed for over 3 1/2 years now. My doctor has prescribed it. If you worked for the WCB what would be the very first item you would buy for a person who fell and broke his back? Good guess, a bed. I sleep on a futon mattress on the floor. I know my government and their pals all sleep on cushy pocket coils. Thanks ED, good job. Now cancel my rent subsidy. Oops, too late Capital Region Housing already did that, who would want to help a disabled person? How is this ending homelessness in Alberta? We now know that Conservative MLA's are impotent against the WCB Alberta, or are they? They are probably given a TORY script. Finally, will seriously injured workers across Canada every get to appear before the Standing Committee on Human Rights, not likely. The Dream of Freedom

It has been weeks since I have updated my blog. I had hoped that since I had delivered a copy of the prescription my doctor wrote for my orthopedic bed, eventually something would happen. I left a message on Colleen Bamford's answering machine, that her message says she never checks. I believe it, a do nothing getting paid to do guess what? Nothing. Ain't nepotism great? Well at least someone related to a big Alberta construction firm is picking up a paycheque for doing absolutely nothing, except picking up bonuses for abusing seriously injured workers. Good job Colleen.
It is interesting in her last letter she quotes the writer as being unable to find any evidence. Well if you sit around all day doing nothing, your investigation will as a matter of course, turn up no new findings. Neither Collen Bamford, nor her new Hack doctor (Mr. Charleton) even attempted to do a thoroughly complete competent investigation for evidence of prior neck complaints. Once again the findings of any of the WCB so called investigations read like some sort of sick perverted Reform School itinerary. They twist the facts until they are all distorted, and really at that point they reach the prominence of outright lies. I have given this felonious insurance corporation every possible opportunity to help me, but they still refuse me even the pleasantry of a good night's sleep. And then as a final insult they tell me that the only way I am allowed to communicate with them is via written communiques. Which is another falsehood in itself since they don't respond to those either. They seem to think that they (WCB Alberta) have a monopoly on feelings. This is John's story in B.C. on you tube.

I've postulated the idea that the WCB offices across Canada and the US are rotating their KOOK doctors to avoid conviction of conspiracy. I can now see why they had to form a WCB Club to share felonious ideas. If this were not true then a responsible organization would reign in their loose cannons, or bar them.

How humiliating for legitimate insurance companies who actually have to help injured persons, medically and financially. I have heard absolutely nothing since I produced the evidence to my doctor and he agrees that the evidence that I hurt my neck when I fell is undeniable. The WCB refuses to respond in any way. Just one more trick in their never ending bag of tricks to deny legitimately injured workers any kind of help. Due process, in my eyes seems like an ideal that is a million miles away. Something as unreachable as freedom was for the slaves of America. I now know what it is to be persecuted in your own country, a true injustice has been committed here. I have waited over 3 years for a chance to be heard in a true court of law. I now realize that I will never have my day in court, that is a true Canadian fantasy. It is now clear that any sort of Kangaroo IME that the WCB Alberta would put together, would just be another complete farce. Complete with KOOK IME doctors, it would be a complete embarassment to the Alberta Health Sciences community. I don't dream of that phoney WCB act anymore.
Freedom is an illusion. Persecution by one human being who is more powerful than our government, law courts, our entire medical community is not a quality of democracy our Prime Minister should be bragging about. He sneers at China regarding human rights, look in your own back yard Stephen.
It is difficult most days to produce any new blog content because of the physical problems my neck is causing. The same goes for dealing with any of the dozens of letters I need to write to officials, looking down at documents actually sets off the "popping" of my neck. I am no different than any other human being on this planet. I was born with precisely the same number of nerve endings as any other human, I feel pain and fatigue just as any other human would. And, I was born with exactly the same amount of feelings, neurological and physical feelings as any other person. As a result I have been kept quite busy finalizing all of the paperwork required for the completion of my CPP, and the necessary paperwork for AISH.
To this day I am absolutely stunned as to exactly why I am being forced to apply for AISH. My medical and physical needs are in no way the responsibility of the Government(Taxpayers) of Alberta. The government cleverly forgets to mention this little fact that it is the taxpayers of Alberta, and the rest of Canada that are on the hook for the care of these permanently disabled persons. Why? The Meredith principle should be renamed the Canadian Dream. I will phone do nothing's supervisor Trevor Dill today. It is probably her cousin.

Candian Forces mission in Afghanishtan

Canada sends its brave young men and women overseas to protect our sacred values and beliefs. Brave young Men and Women are dying overseas to protect our human rights. Yet there are individuals and corporations that are allowed to operate outside of those values and laws that we hold so dear to our hearts. And it is high time that our federal government stood up and be counted. It is time they (fed gov.) pursue these white collar criminals that pervert our laws and values. They operate under the guise of legitimate insurance corporations. You would know them as the WCB. I am a Canadian. I come from a long line of Canadians, and I do not enjoy having my individual rights and freedoms stripped from me, simply because I was injured at work. The charter was not written for persons or corporations to simply "Opt out" at will. Our charter is universal in its application across this great land, and it is time that these criminals are brought to justice for their crimes against innocent citizens in our society.

As it turns out the WCB Kook doctor that they claim is their expert is in fact a family physician. His is in no way an expert, or in anyway qualified to make a rational determination of my spinal condition. As stated previously, the AMA Guide to permanent impairment is the clinical benchmark for determining my permanent disability. The WCB Alberta organization producing this person as a qualified specialist in this field is just one more act of malicious fraud perpetrated by their claims managers. They do this every day. It is nothing new for them. That is why the majority of their documentation is not even signed by them personally. It is so they can avoid prosecution. They produce documents with mechanical signatures. They willfully put the wrong date on documents or simply no date at all. Apparently they don't have access to Microsoft Word. When called upon to produce a response, they just wave around old documentation. This corporation has fraud written all over their faces. For any doctor to come to the conclusion that their is nothing wrong with my back is a blatantly fraudulent conclusion. Perhaps these WCB doctors should read their own guidlines on page 35, even though it is more than 10 years old. Yep this is Alberta alright, stuck in the last century.
Considering the fact that, that same doctor, Dr. E.D. Charleton works within the confines of the Millard Health Center, he knows full well that they never did order, nor complete my IME. He and their organization are fully cognizant of this fact. The also are completely aware that the only way my condition can be fully examined is by the completion of a proper IME according to the standards laid out in the AMA Guide to permanent impairment. Any other determination is a act of outright malicious fraud. These self professed specialists, and experts have full access to all of my medical information. The don't even bother to read their own guidlines.
For any medical professional to produce documents of this nature, considering the fact that they are claiming some sort of expertise in the Spinal Injury field of medicine is outright malicious defamatory fraud. These professionals are acting with deliberate malicious fraudulent intent. And they are acting willfully and with the full cognizant awareness that their false misrepresentations are malicious and fraudulent in nature. To claim that they have reviewed my case or all available documentation is 100% pure malicious fraud. These professionals and the corporation of the WCB Alberta are colluding in the production of malicious fraudulent documents.
Which is punishable by law.
By their continued determination that my current neck difficulties are not related to my fall backwards onto the frozen earth, is in itself evidence that they have not in any way, shape or form reviewed or investigated my evidence or claim. Their statements are false, malicious and outright lies, perpetrated by their own doctors and claims managers. There is clear cut evidence of a conspiracy to commit fraud.
It is no secret that the WCB gets there victims to sign a access to information consent form, so that they can share your medical information with doctors and other medical staff, who require it in order to perform their duties. They would hold this up as a legally binding agreement.
However this contract is null and void if one of the participants is acting with malicious and fraudulent intent (Alberta WCB). In any contract their is an unwritten understanding that the party you are signing an agreement with, will not act in an inappropriate malicious fraudulent manner against you. In this case, one of the contractual signatories is guilty of violation of that contract. That being the WCB Alberta. In agreeing to share my medical information, I would only sign into such a contract with the explicit understanding that; any or all of my medical information would only be share with medical professionals who are directly involved in my treatment. Or who are directly interested in assisting me in being medically treated. Why would I want to share my medical information with a Doctor for Hire, who's only vested interest is profiteering from my continued pain. He is not a expert, he is not a Spinal Surgeon. He is not a medical investigator, or he would have come to a different conclusion. His only interest in my medical case or any fool who would come into his gun sights is his own financial gain from producing negative and outright false reports on my condition. The WCB Alberta, the doctors who write these defamatory reports, and the claims managers are all guilty of violating my Access to Information rights.
I did not, do not, and never will consent to the sharing of my private medical information with medical professionals whose intentions are 100% clearly malicious in their intent, and execution. Once again the

has violated my rights.

In the United States of America there are clear cut laws to deal with these felons. They are the RICO Laws and they were created to stop just such activity. Time will tell if our federal government has any true "GUTS".

. If you do not work in this province you are looked down upon, because the general populace believes that you have some sort of character fault. Even if you are partially disabled. The Alberta Government Felonious Insurance Scheme will not help you in any way. That means medications, rehabilitation, medical attention of any kind, or retraining so that I will not have to

break my back, again

in order to bring home a paycheck. Nor will they finally live up to their fuduciary responsibility and pay for a real multidisciplinary assessment of my injuries, and of my current physical functional limitations so that a economic loss payment can be arrived at.
There really is no reason to postulate the legalities of my situation, since

Operates so far outside what is considered

lawful

that to dream about any sort of legal and fair resolution of my case is a completely moot point.
If a injured worker or any other outside observer where to want to study the WCB Alberta system, they would find a website that does not work, absolutely no online access to WCB Case Law here in this province. And as such, researchers would simply have to speculate on the actual documents that are supposedly posted on WCB Alberta 's website.
I find it very amusing that the Law Society of Alberta would allow such and entity to be created, one that cannot be successfully sued. And a legal arm of the government that swings a giant "Legal Axe" in its own defense yet does not have WCB Case Law posted on its website, or access to such a library.
When the legal might of a 1.3 billion dollar Government Agency is busy legally suffocating the life out of an individual, that person it not allowed access to case law in his or her own defense. I am no legal genius, but I am pretty damn sure that any use of a government sanctioned legal system, would have to incorporate access to such a library.
Since a billion dollar funded private legal system has been unleashed on a private citizen, that citizen should have access to their case law. Simply because, in no place in any part of the legal system is it absolutely mandatory to have a lawyer for representation. And as such clients, as a fundamental right should have access to the complete WCB Alberta case law library. This is not 1950, it should be posted online the same as other government agencies. If that is not possible then the government should pay for my legal defense. That way their buddies can get paid too. Lets spread the joy around some.
I hope that the Top Brass at the offices of WCB Alberta are proud of themselves. They have successfully managed to lie, cheat and steal my Pension from me. I will now receive no compensation for my Permanent Clinical Impairment, and any medical needs,or monthly subsistence, or any monies for retraining.
I did receive a phone call from the Royal Alex Hospital yesterday informing me that I will have a appointment for a MRI on my neck on Sunday the 12th day of July @ 11:00 am on a Sunday. I originally thought that my MLA's influence helped. However, I have since learned that the Taxpayers of Alberta were once again made to pay for my MRI Scan. I never did get my CT Scan of my C-Spine. Since Colleen Bamford already turned me down for my tests and my bed. We shall see. It would be nice to know what it is like to completely be able to turn my head again.
