CPP Disablilty Office of the Appeals Tribunal
The purpose of my http://www.brentmcgillis.net is to educate other injured workers and injured persons of the endless series of roadblocks thrown up by the Alberta Workers Compensation Board. It is also to educate seriously injured workers to all the dirty little tricks the WCB Alberta will deliberately employ acting with full willful malice. What this means is that the Workers Compensation Board of Alberta will gleefully break the law, because they know they can act will completely unfettered interference from the Justice Department which is headed up by any number of cronies of Ed Stelmach and his crooked government. It does not matter which baloneyhead is put in the Premiers seat, because the next retard will act the same way the last retard did. The Ultra-right wing Conservative government of Alberta is 100% controlled by the Oil Companies and that is a fact. Alison Redford was taken some remarkable evidence of corruption at the Appeals Commission Tribunal and the evidence was hand delivered. Alison Redford returned a signed letter stating that there was "no evidence"! Stunning revelation right?
Not in Alberta. Why? Because this province is nothing more than a puppet regime of the Oil Companies and has been for decades. So with a pile of cronies running the Justice Department, there is "NO" Justice. The separation of the Executive Branch of the Alberta Government and the Judiciary no longer exists. The federal government is absolutely saturated with redundant, completely useless piles of blood sucking, money grubbing pals of the government. So, what does this mean for Joe Blow? It means you get zero. It means that all those years you spent busting your balls, and breaking your back are being funneled into a "Make Work" program for cronies of the government.

I went to my CPP Disability Hearing. As I suspected this was not a disability hearing but rather a crucification of my character and my medical condition.
Do NOT attend a Office of the Commissioner of Review Tribunals Hearing without a lawyer present. If you do so, then you do so @ your own peril.
To my horror, I just learned:
The Office of the Commissioner of Review Tribunals does not keep any minutes of the meeting!!!
How convenient. I am advised by Sahar Bones who was my advisor that there is no need for a lawyer and then I am subjected to what amounts to a political motivated character assassination.
The broad who verbally attacked me in the meeting asking me if I used "Heroin", like What the Hell is going on in Ottawa?
Then she continued rapid fire questions like, well do you use Cocaine?
Like WTF is going on?
Is this how all hearings are conducted at the Office of the Commissioner of Review Tribunals?
This is the problem with Canada and the province of Alberta. This is what the Conservative Party of Canada is capable of creating in their new fascist regime.
This is just one of millions of the sad and pathetic abuses of office that the Conservative Fascists are capable under the rule of the biggest danger to Democracy this country has ever faced, Stephen Harper.

95% of all lawyers I have ever met know absolutely nothing about WCB. They will take your money and bleed you dry and achieve nothing. There are some, but very few who will take a WCB case, I know, I tried for years.
Don't believe that the CPP Disability will help, because Harper and his evil cohorts have managed to bastardize that department too.

Province recognizes esophageal cancer as work-related disease Firefighters who develop it now eligible for WorkSafeBC benefits
Alberta and B.C. Firefighters now have parity in regards to the Workers Compensation Act. recognizing every single kind of cancer known to man, as work related illness.
I am personally offended by this, why? Because I am not suffering from some strange illness with 1000 faces as a work related disability. My injuries are very real, and very well documented in MRI, CT scans and any other radiography. The pinched nerves that require me to have up to 30 Botox, and 30 Cortisone shots from the base of my spine to the upper cervical vertebrae every 2 to 3 months in my neck, are easily visible and noted by Imaging Specialists.
Statistically, only 40% of injured workers with a L1 Burst Fracture ever return to work, and the statistics for how many are capable of long term employment are not available, because the shill American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds [An association of workers' compensation insurance companies from 27 different states, plus 11 workers' compensation boards in Canada.] do not share this data with the public. This veil of secrecy fits in nicely with the super corrupt province of Alberta Conservatives.
I do not suffer from some transcendental disease that no doctor can 100% pin down to my occupation like cancer of My Balls! My injuries are clearly defined in the physical & mechanical sense and backed up with clear cut Radiography and professional Medical confirmation.
Why then do I have to fight to receive any compensation or CPP Disability benefits?
Why is the Alberta Health Services and the Health Quality Council directly blocking my referrals to specialists. I have been trying to see a Spinal Surgeon is this Hell Pit province for 3-1/2 YEARS!
If any person thinks getting compensation or disability benefits in Canada is easy, they are deluded. I applied for CPP disability 2 years ago.
Is it because I am not white enough for Mein Kerr's perfect society private club of Fireman, Cops and all Government workers?
Is it because I was not a Union member when I fell?
Is it because my father Dan McGillis fell off a building working as a Flat Roofer when I was a 2 year old child, resulting in Social Services splitting up our family because WCB AB would not help him at the time either?
Is it because I come from a family who are direct descendants of the Papaschase Indian Band[Edmonton Stratcona] who had our ancestral lands stolen from Alberta's FIRST gang of civic, provincial and federal government crooks?
Is it because I have had multiple back injuries claims, as confirmed by the WCB AB from the time I was first hurt back in 1990 on the Edmonton Journal?
I had my final appeal hearing with the Office of the Appeals Tribunal 3 days ago. In that hearing I was verbally pounced on by a female panel member with rapid-fire questions about certain dates in my original application. I wonder if this is how they treat Fireman, Cops and Government workers?
I was in laying in my hospital bed Wacked out on 20m injections of Morphine every 2 hrs/24hrs a day in the Royal Alexandra Hospital hours before my Spinal surgery to remove the broken pieces of my Spine. And to fuse my spine together with titanium hardware. I was finally filling out the WCB AB Claim with my employer. The papers my brother went to the WCB AB in downtown Edmonton to acquire, since the WCB AB refused to bring them to the hospital when I phoned them. For the sake of completion since we could not recall what was my actual start date for employment, it was recorded as 5 years as a generalization[+/- 6 months]. Believe me, when you are being shot up with Morphine, your thinking is anything but clear.
I think it is interesting to note that my employer says WCB AB conducted an investigation, yet no WCB AB investigator ever spoke to me. They were unable to bring the papers to the hospital or conduct a proper investigation which is a direct breach of the WCB AB's Duty of Care. BUT They were capable of implanting a WCB Doctor like Doctor Leslie DeLima, who would enter my room, remove my Neck Brace and Squeeze my neck HARD! This resulted in me screaming out, Owwwww! He would then respond with, Oh, well your neck is O.K!! The Royal Alexandra Hospital is nothing more than a "MEATBALL Surgery Station"! I loudly protested to Dr. Leslie DeLima, in perplexed pain, "That is your test?"
That in a nutshell is how horrible it is to be treated at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, by the HACKJOB surgical team designed to deliberately NOT TREAT severely injured trauma patients. This is all overlooked by the secret team of WCB Medical Consultant Doctors embedded in this Alberta Health MEDICAID Hospital, they troll the Royal Alexander Hospital.
Do not ALLOW them to take you to this Shithole, second rate Alberta MEDICAID hospital to be treated for your workplace injuries. First of all they will not even take a MRI of a man who fell and hit his head and injured his neck. Is this [SOP]Standard operating procedure for Trauma Unit treat of Patients? Second of all the RAH secret WCB embedded Medical Consultants will discharge you without fully treating your injuries.

My question in these proceedings is, Why is my mental state not considered when these proceedings are being executed? Why do I have to submit to rapid fire questions from multiple panel members, without a legitimate time frame to answer these thing in?

Why is the government so sensitive about the Stress firefighters suffer?

I risked my life for over 20 years in Construction, some-days multiple times a day. Why is the burden of proof, and the BAR set so high for non-governmental workers to qualify for any disability benefits in this Country and in particular in Alberta? I have been sewed up @ Beaudrill on the Artic Ocean, I have been stitched up in Whistler and continued working despite having the palm of my predominant hand sewn together. I have been sewed up in Edmonton for various injuries and never once took any lost time, or filed a WCB Claim. I have been driven into Edmonton to see my Chiropractor from one hour north of High Prairie because I re-injured my back, and never filed a lost time accident. WCB AB sent me a letter in 1990 stating that I would be responsible for the maintenance of my back for the rest of my life.
It is interesting to note that I did not receive a WCB benefits cheque from WCB AB in 1990 until the day I went back to work 3 months later[It really is still 1953 in Alberta]. Somethings will never change in the super corrupt Alberta WCB.
Why? Is this a WCB AB White racist bigot policy? To not treat natives? I fell through a skylight in Vancouver and never even took 10 minutes off of work. Then when you get severely injured and permanently disabled, the WCB AB treats you like a piece of throw away garbage.
This is the higher standard Thomas Lukaszuk speaks about? Because in the eyes of Minister Lukaszuk Canadians ARE Throw away workers. Why? Because he will simply bring in another 70,000 Filippino Temporary Foreign Workers to take your place.

My medical evidence is as clear as the nose on your face, yet I still have to be subjected to hearings which to me seem just like a legal discovery meeting with lawyers, WHY? I did not lie, or attempt to mislead anyone when I was injured.
It was an accident. Plain and simple. I went to work and got hurt, and look what happens when you are not a government employee! Why?
The one woman on the panel was stuck on my income tax record, why?
Because I took almost a year off when my mother died 10 years ago?
I received a inheritance, and because in typical Hellberta style employers were not in a friendly mood that year. That is the reality of working in Hellberta.
After working for PCL [Poole Construction Limited]/Midstream @ Suncor and made to work on a live plant in minus -40Celcius weather without winter Parkas, I had a foul taste in my mouth for Big Contractors here in Hellberta. All this was happening while PCL Construction refused to give us any of the 50 Brand New winter Parkas they had in boxes stacked up in their Job Shack!!
And that is why I call PCL, People Come Last!
I could not remember some of these details at the hearing because I suffer from Chronic Pain. One[1] of the symptoms of Chronic Pain is Chronic fatigue, which ultimately results in memory loss and other physical changes to your brain.
The Mayo Clinic released a report that says Chronic pain permanently alters and damages the brain. One of the things Chronic Pain sufferers are to avoid is stress.
Being subjected to high levels of Stress at one of these witch-hunt tribunals only elevates my stress and further deepens my depression.
I believe that 2 of the Tribunal members were able to recognize this.
The Puritan member seeking to flush out the proverbial witch seemed preoccupied with my retraining.
All severely disabled persons would like to be retrained in some manner.
In my case this is not possible until I receive proper Medical treatment in the form of an operation/s to relieve clearly defined pinched nerves in my neck and Spine. Until I receive an operation, I am simply unable to focus with my Pain Level running at such a high level.
The woman who I have no background on seemed to talk in the same superlatives as the Workers Compensation Board. I do not know her profile. I would guess a lawyer since she seemed dedicated to disproving statements.
I should have known better, when the Office of the Commissioner of Review Tribunals went to such great lengths to overstate their impartiality from the Government.
I should know better from years ago, when the government of Canada or any Province tells you, "You do not need a lawyer".
Guess what? That means you definitely need a lawyer!
Thinking back, I should have asked each and every member of the Office of the Commissioner of Review Tribunals, their qualifications, educational background, and their employment background so I would have a tiny picture of their motives. But it is hard to think fast when you suffer from chronic pain.
Why is it important to have a legal counsel present? Because a legal counsel would not allow a Tribunal member to badger the witness with rapid fire questions, designed to confuse and stress the appellant.
A lawyer/paralegal would not allow the Panel member to go down NON-relevant alleyways in order to paint the appellant in a negative light, possibly insinuating that the appellant is less than honest.
A lawyer would object to the line of questioning based on relevance.
But with no legal representative this is what happens.
I have no quarrel with the Office of the Commissioner of Appeals Tribunal, one way or another regarding the outcome of this hearing. The intent of this Blog post is to alert others who may be considering appealing your CPP Disability decision, to the potential hazards in these proceedings. My blog is to educate injured workers.
I can only imagine what the crony panel of WCB employee Appeals Commission is like.
I will never know, since the Alberta Workers Compensation Board refused to release my complete file to my now deceased lawyer. As such I will never get to experience a WCB Appeal. They fed my first appeal into the paper shredder. And this is the key difference between a legitimate appeal process and what the retarded WCB AB bastardized Administrative Law process in Hellberta.

The Office of the Commissioner of Appeals Tribunal numerically chronologically numbers and marks each and every document regarding and submitted to your file. {WCB Alberta files sent to claimant are not even numbered-Deliberately designed to confuse and STRESS the client}. The Office of the Commissioner of Appeals Tribunal binds all these documents in a numbered BOUND copy of your file, which they send to you for confirmation just prior to the hearing.
3. The Appeals Commission stays in touch and makes sure they confirm all submissions of documents by returning these documents to you by Registered Courier for review once they have received these critical documents. [This is something that WCB AB NEVER DOES]It is disturbing that the WCB AB is so flippant and glib about your medical documents and all Files, Especially those which are critical to your case!!
4. The Office of the Commissioner of Appeals Tribunal always conducts itself in a completely professional, courteous and polite Ethical manner, at each and every step of the process.[WCB Alberta has no code of professional conduct and employs abusive techniques designed to DESTROY your will to continue in their BOGUS process.]
5. The Office of the Commissioner of Appeals Tribunal performs in a ethical, professional LEGAL manner. That is to say they are very much like a court of law and Courthouse. Why? Because if there are any irregularities in your filings the Clerk of the court will typically alert you to errors in overall submissions. WCB Alberta does not function as a true legal arm of the Justice department because all of its participants are unprofessional, glib and lacking knowledge in ANY area, but even worse than that; the Workers Compensation Board AB does nothing to ensure your appeal submissions follow protocol.
How disturbing that an Administrative Law entity designed to be a legal replacement for the courts, is such a sham, and that the Board focuses entirely on misleading, lying, omitting, and cheating claimants out of the proper knowledge they require in order to submit a proper Appeal. I am personally offended by this, why? Because I am not suffering from some strange illness with 1000 faces as a work related disability. My injuries are very real, and very well documented in MRI, CT scans and any other radiography. The pinched nerves that require me to have up to 30 Botox, and 30 Cortisone shots from the base of my spine to the upper cervical vertebrae every 2 to 3 months in my neck, are easily visible and noted by Imaging Specialists.
Statistically, only 40% of injured workers with a L1 Burst Fracture ever return to work, and the statistics for how many are capable of long term employment are not available, because the shill American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds [An association of workers' compensation insurance companies from 27 different states, plus 11 workers' compensation boards in Canada.] do not share this data with the public. This veil of secrecy fits in nicely with the super corrupt province of Alberta Conservatives.

I had my final appeal hearing with the Office of the Appeals Tribunal 3 days ago. In that hearing I was verbally pounced on by a female panel member with rapid-fire questions about certain dates in my original application. I wonder if this is how they treat Fireman, Cops and Government workers?
I was in laying in my hospital bed Wacked out on 20m injections of Morphine every 2 hrs/24hrs a day in the Royal Alexandra Hospital hours before my Spinal surgery to remove the broken pieces of my Spine. And to fuse my spine together with titanium hardware. I was finally filling out the WCB AB Claim with my employer. The papers my brother went to the WCB AB in downtown Edmonton to acquire, since the WCB AB refused to bring them to the hospital when I phoned them. For the sake of completion since we could not recall what was my actual start date for employment, it was recorded as 5 years as a generalization[+/- 6 months]. Believe me, when you are being shot up with Morphine, your thinking is anything but clear.
I think it is interesting to note that my employer says WCB AB conducted an investigation, yet no WCB AB investigator ever spoke to me. They were unable to bring the papers to the hospital or conduct a proper investigation which is a direct breach of the WCB AB's Duty of Care. BUT They were capable of implanting a WCB Doctor like Doctor Leslie DeLima, who would enter my room, remove my Neck Brace and Squeeze my neck HARD! This resulted in me screaming out, Owwwww! He would then respond with, Oh, well your neck is O.K!! The Royal Alexandra Hospital is nothing more than a "MEATBALL Surgery Station"! I loudly protested to Dr. Leslie DeLima, in perplexed pain, "That is your test?"
That in a nutshell is how horrible it is to be treated at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, by the HACKJOB surgical team designed to deliberately NOT TREAT severely injured trauma patients. This is all overlooked by the secret team of WCB Medical Consultant Doctors embedded in this Alberta Health MEDICAID Hospital, they troll the Royal Alexander Hospital.

I have been sewed up in Edmonton for various injuries and never once took any lost time, or filed a WCB Claim. I have been driven into Edmonton to see my Chiropractor from one hour north of High Prairie because I re-injured my back, and never filed a lost time accident. WCB AB sent me a letter in 1990 stating that I would be responsible for the maintenance of my back for the rest of my life.
It is interesting to note that I did not receive a WCB benefits cheque from WCB AB in 1990 until the day I went back to work 3 months later[It really is still 1953 in Alberta]. Somethings will never change in the super corrupt Alberta WCB.

My medical evidence is as clear as the nose on your face, yet I still have to be subjected to hearings which to me seem just like a legal discovery meeting with lawyers, WHY? I did not lie, or attempt to mislead anyone when I was injured.

Because I took almost a year off when my mother died 10 years ago?

After working for PCL [Poole Construction Limited]/Midstream @ Suncor and made to work on a live plant in minus -40Celcius weather without winter Parkas, I had a foul taste in my mouth for Big Contractors here in Hellberta. All this was happening while PCL Construction refused to give us any of the 50 Brand New winter Parkas they had in boxes stacked up in their Job Shack!!

I could not remember some of these details at the hearing because I suffer from Chronic Pain. One[1] of the symptoms of Chronic Pain is Chronic fatigue, which ultimately results in memory loss and other physical changes to your brain.
The Mayo Clinic released a report that says Chronic pain permanently alters and damages the brain. One of the things Chronic Pain sufferers are to avoid is stress.
Being subjected to high levels of Stress at one of these witch-hunt tribunals only elevates my stress and further deepens my depression.
I believe that 2 of the Tribunal members were able to recognize this.
The Puritan member seeking to flush out the proverbial witch seemed preoccupied with my retraining.
All severely disabled persons would like to be retrained in some manner.
In my case this is not possible until I receive proper Medical treatment in the form of an operation/s to relieve clearly defined pinched nerves in my neck and Spine. Until I receive an operation, I am simply unable to focus with my Pain Level running at such a high level.
The woman who I have no background on seemed to talk in the same superlatives as the Workers Compensation Board. I do not know her profile. I would guess a lawyer since she seemed dedicated to disproving statements.
I should have known better, when the Office of the Commissioner of Review Tribunals went to such great lengths to overstate their impartiality from the Government.
I should know better from years ago, when the government of Canada or any Province tells you, "You do not need a lawyer".
Guess what? That means you definitely need a lawyer!
Thinking back, I should have asked each and every member of the Office of the Commissioner of Review Tribunals, their qualifications, educational background, and their employment background so I would have a tiny picture of their motives. But it is hard to think fast when you suffer from chronic pain.
Why is it important to have a legal counsel present? Because a legal counsel would not allow a Tribunal member to badger the witness with rapid fire questions, designed to confuse and stress the appellant.
A lawyer/paralegal would not allow the Panel member to go down NON-relevant alleyways in order to paint the appellant in a negative light, possibly insinuating that the appellant is less than honest.
A lawyer would object to the line of questioning based on relevance.
But with no legal representative this is what happens.
I have no quarrel with the Office of the Commissioner of Appeals Tribunal, one way or another regarding the outcome of this hearing. The intent of this Blog post is to alert others who may be considering appealing your CPP Disability decision, to the potential hazards in these proceedings. My blog is to educate injured workers.
I can only imagine what the crony panel of WCB employee Appeals Commission is like.
I will never know, since the Alberta Workers Compensation Board refused to release my complete file to my now deceased lawyer. As such I will never get to experience a WCB Appeal. WCB Alberta Administrative Law - A culture of deceit & Abuse of Constitutional Rights & Freedoms

Supreme Court of Canada decision Case #33648 regarding CHRONIC PAIN and the ability of the Human Rights Tribunal to hear complaints of Abuse
Today's news headline "duckett-memo-queue-jumping" is directly linked to Medical Abuse of seriously injured workers by the WCB Alberta.
I fell and broke my back more than 5 years ago, and yet when I am pulled out of a MRI machine screaming at Meadowlark to the Royal Alexandra Hospital in a ambulance, I still do not get to meet my Orthopedic Surgeon that I have been desperately trying to see since I had my hardware removed from my back over 3-1/2 years ago.
Alberta Health Services is deliberately BLOCKING me from "EVER" getting to see a orthopedic spinal surgeon again in the province of Alberta!!!
Workers Compensation working in parallel with AHS is ensuring I "NEVER" get to see a specialist in the province of Alberta, "EVER".
This is direct political interference in my medical treatment, and as such, I view this as another abuse of my Constitutional guaranteed Rights and Freedoms.
Nothing new for the Alberta Government of crooks, they are very comfortable abusing individuals rights and freedoms for fun and amusement.

If you have been injured in Alberta and are suffering from Chronic Pain, it is imperative that you watch this video in its entirety so that you can see how man Government lawyers from across Canada show up and try to DENY you the right to a fair settlement from the Workers Compensation Board of Alberta.
This is directly related to the WCB Alberta abusing my rights, I had a severe incident back in March simply pulling something from the refrigerator, I had to wait 6 weeks for a MRI, on April 25, 2011. In the midst of the MRI, I started having severe spasms in the machine, I was pulled from the machine and since the Medical Imaging place wanted to get me out of the way quickly for the next scan, despite the fact my scan had not been completed. As soon as they tried to sit me up and twist me off the table I started screaming in pain.
I was taken quietly out the back in a ambulance, given some morphine. After 8 hours at the hospital the doctor informed my I have bulging discs and what he described as a ruptured disc.
That was on April 25th, and I still have not heard a word.
I told my doctor, I know people who broke their arm or ankle and they where sitting in front of my Spinal Surgeon within days.
This is the Hellberta Way. I will never receive treatment in this shit hole province. Here is the proof.
Horrifying for someone who suffers from severe chronic pain.

Opposition Parties Unite in Call for Public Inquiry
I have watched the events unfold in Alberta Health Scare, I am buoyed by the work of Dr. Raj Sherman and the efforts of the CBC to uncover some of the terrible abuses that the Alberta PC Government has been deliberately imposing on the sick, the injured and the dying citizens of Alberta. I see little sparks of light in the terrible darkness that has imprisoned families, terminally ill patients, persons who became ill because of workplace hazards for over a decade now.
I find it difficult to find hope when the Judiciary (Alison Redford Justice Minister of AB) of this province remains as the super corrupt blockade to any meaningful investigation of the facts.
We are exposed daily to images flashed across our airwaves of people fighting in far away lands to free themselves from the chains of corruption, and all of the evil insidious side effects of organized criminals operating at the highest levels of government.
The truth is that Albertans are subject to the very same abuses and cover-ups of the ruling government, all as a direct result of 40 years of hideous growing corruption.
DEATH PANELS? This is horrific. Iris Evans does not even flinch.
What did her father do for a living run a concentration camp?
How odd that Stockwell Day steps down now, was he involved in these policies?
The people have no where to turn for help. The RCMP which is our federal police force, is supposed to be protecting us. But as was revealed in the Mayerthorpe hearings, the top level Brass of the RCMP are corrupt, some had to step down in disgrace. I believe that the top RCMP Brass @ K-division are too busy clinking wine glasses with Tories to be bothered with protecting their own membership.So they get promoted to Ottawa to hang out with the true Oil Gangsters themselves.
The problem in Alberta is that the current system of Oil Company Welfare Payola payments to top cops, lawyers and members of the Justice Department is so entrenched, I can see no way out of all of this corruption.

I am repulsed when I see the RCMP and the EPS holding news conferences about their good deeds, when injured workers know that these Canadian Police Forces refuse to take so much as a statement about abuses and corruption and fraud within the WCB of Alberta.
I am visibly upset by Stephen Harper and his gang of hacks and fraud artists, crooks and cronies from Alberta who now permeate the PMO's office in Ottawa.
They say people get the government they deserve.
At the very point where a gang of fraud artists, crooks and thieves get elected to run Canada, Canada is in a downward spiral at the hands of these shills & hacks.

Harper was moulded by the pirates of Democracy, the AB conservatives. Raj Sherman Healthcare and the College of Physicians
The Alberta Government smear campaign against Raj Sherman is another disgusting Smug, arrogant, glib abuse of power and political attack on Raj Sherman's integrity. Ed Stemach/cronies actions are a blasphemous attack on Democracy. The entire province of Alberta is disgusted with the Tories whisper/smear campaign is truly the last desperate act of a government reeling against an angry backlash of support for Raj Sherman. This is only the beginning of the exposure of the super corrupt government of Alberta. It is important to recognize who some of the hidden villains in this unfolding story are. First Villain, and of the greatest threat to Raj Sherman's reputation is the College of Physicians and Surgeons. Taxpayers have this quaint fluffy preconception of a dignified, respectable group of doctors whose only priority is to ensure the proper care of Health care Clients. Nothing could be further from the Truth. The College of Physicians is Lobby group for privatization of Health care. In the United States, the A.M.A.(American Medical Assoc.) is one of the most powerful and wealthiest lobbies Against President Obama's Health care Reform. The stakes are high in the millionaire club doctors organizations. Doctors stand to profit in the Billions. Are you getting my picture?
I had exactly the same deluded image of the College of Physicians until it was MY turn to file a complaint against the bogus "Rent-a-docs" the WCB Millard Center employs. It was then I discovered the true color of the College's underbelly.
Check out the Boards Dr. Olhauser sits on, no wonder you can NEVER win a WCB appeal!!
The WCB had violated my privacy by the unauthorized sharing of MY medical information with Doctors who have absolutely no involvement in my medical treatment. In addition the reports these doctors write are 100% completely felonious in nature, and are written with the felonious intention of falsely swearing a document in order to deny me government legislated Workers Compensation benefits.
These BUMS(triple bogie Docs) are being pursued by State Justice investigations in some U.S. states, this is only the beginning of Workers Compensation Insurance Providers Medical Fraud investigations in the United States.
A reasonable person with a reasonable amount of his own faculties would only be able to come to the conclusion that an egregious attack on my Medical Condition was being waged by a venomous Doctor(Fully Paid Member of the College of Physicians). This doctor and his felonious partners in crime(WCB Claims Managers), they did so with Dutiful Malice. Their intent is diametrically opposed to what is written in the Workers Compensation Act. The WCB, Alberta Gov't, and College of Physician sponsored perversions of Medicine have effectively GUTTED the very spirit of the legislation, leaving only a cold empty LEGAL corspe as any evidence of the intent of the Meridith Principle.
At the very core of contract law, is the tacit understanding that the party you are entering into a agreement(contract) with, will not use fraudulent misreprentation to cheat you out of any compensation.
These cruel fraudulent perversions of Medicine, intentionally attack the very social contract within the "Laws of Natural Justice". Using crook Doctors is what the WCB Alberta does 50 times a day to injured workers across this province.
The very Principes of The Rule of Law, and Democracy have been politically tampered with, to the point of Legal Heresy! The Alberta Conservative Party is not in any context, a legitimate ethical group of Lawmakers, period.
It appears to me that these College approved "Rent-a-Docs" can be called into active duty for more than simply denying crippled Ironworkers who fell and broke their backs. I feel really bad for Raj Sherman, to have such a bogus organization actually go after his credentials. The College and their board members have long been an embarassment to the Profession of Ethical Medicine in Alberta.
I feel sorry for Raj given the fact that in Hellberta, their is no other agency as powerful, skilled and devious as the College of Physicians membership. This organizations membership is clearly operating without fear of prosecution, for their fraudulent pandering against severely injured workers who were never, examined or treated by these approved College Physicians. Is the College of Physician's membership stamp simply a license to break the law, and act without professional conduct, to act with impunity? When these College members services were never solicited by the severely injured worker? How can a College approved Physician charge my Workers Compensation Account for his unsolicited, nefarious services? How is this possible under the Protective Umbrella of the College of Physicians and Surgeons? My crook WCB Claims manager Colleen Bamford can pay her crooked Doctors, Dr. Lorri Galbraith, Dr. E.D.Charleton and Dr. Barend Sonnenburg out of HER own pocket if she pleases. Why would I want to pay for felonious Medical reports based on selective medical report excerpts, without ever so much as an examination or any further radiographic scans? These College approved Rent-a-docs are writing "Pre-determined Medical Outcome reports", that are being used in a Medically slanderous manner to discredit my severe medical condition? These crooked bastards will not even approve of buying me a bed in the almost 5 years since I fell and shattered my vertabrae, with part of it collapsing into my spinal canal. What kind of sick bastards do the College of Physicians hand licenses out to? Con Artists is what I see. You be the judge.
This is why I worry for Raj Sherman, because the College of Physicians is acting like a Crack Commando Base for Crooked Physicians to operate from, using this Professional Platform to launch nefarious Medical Condition Attacks on Innocent Civilians. Because these crook physicians(including psychiatrics) can operate from the Colleges forward operating Base in the Telus Tower.

It appears to me that these College approved "Rent-a-Docs" can be called into active duty for more than simply denying crippled Ironworkers who fell and broke their backs. I feel really bad for Raj Sherman, to have such a bogus organization actually go after his credentials. The College and their board members have long been an embarassment to the Profession of Ethical Medicine in Alberta.
I feel sorry for Raj given the fact that in Hellberta, their is no other agency as powerful, skilled and devious as the College of Physicians membership. This organizations membership is clearly operating without fear of prosecution, for their fraudulent pandering against severely injured workers who were never, examined or treated by these approved College Physicians. Is the College of Physician's membership stamp simply a license to break the law, and act without professional conduct, to act with impunity? When these College members services were never solicited by the severely injured worker? How can a College approved Physician charge my Workers Compensation Account for his unsolicited, nefarious services? How is this possible under the Protective Umbrella of the College of Physicians and Surgeons? My crook WCB Claims manager Colleen Bamford can pay her crooked Doctors, Dr. Lorri Galbraith, Dr. E.D.Charleton and Dr. Barend Sonnenburg out of HER own pocket if she pleases. Why would I want to pay for felonious Medical reports based on selective medical report excerpts, without ever so much as an examination or any further radiographic scans? These College approved Rent-a-docs are writing "Pre-determined Medical Outcome reports", that are being used in a Medically slanderous manner to discredit my severe medical condition? These crooked bastards will not even approve of buying me a bed in the almost 5 years since I fell and shattered my vertabrae, with part of it collapsing into my spinal canal. What kind of sick bastards do the College of Physicians hand licenses out to? Con Artists is what I see. You be the judge.
This is why I worry for Raj Sherman, because the College of Physicians is acting like a Crack Commando Base for Crooked Physicians to operate from, using this Professional Platform to launch nefarious Medical Condition Attacks on Innocent Civilians. I see the College of Physicians as a rubber stamp for Medical Fraud of the highest level. Because these crook physicians(including psychiatrics) can operate from the Colleges forward operating Base in the Telus Tower.
This is why I call the government of Alberta a "DeMockery", and not a Democracy.

Who is the single largest benefactor of all of these crooked policies? You got it! Insurance companies. Life Insurance companies, Auto Insurance companies, The Workers Compensation Board of Alberta, which of course Dr. Olhauser sits as the Medical Panel Commisioner for the Workers’ Compensation Board of Alberta 2001 – Present, as well as the Insurance Board of Alberta. Start digging into who sits on all these different boards and committees and a very clear picture of corruption begins to emerge. Dr. Olhauser sits on a Federal Government Health committe, IMS Health Canada Medical Advisory Board 2006 – Present. When Did Canada start to go into the tank in Healthcare? Oh, lets say when Steven Harper became PM.
I have always said since the beginning of my injury and the start of my battle with the CRONY Government of Alberta, that soon all Albertans would be suffering exactly the same way I am, as a injured worker. Since I now know how FAR reaching and deep the corruption in every department of the AB Government is, ALL Canadians will soon feel this pain of denial of timely access to proper Health Care. It is the Alberta Way. One more benefit of voting for Steven Harper. When you vote for Steven Harper you get and entire BUSLOAD of Executive level crook cronies as an entourage.

Dr. Olhauser is Senior Medical Advisor to the Superintendent of Insurance 2004 – Present--Automobile Insurance Benefits Reform--Government of Alberta, Department of Treasury. I mean come on people, do I have to draw you a map and lead you there with crumbs? Soft Tissue Injuries ringing any bells? Wake up Alberta. The Government and a small group of super powerful people are controlling all of the strings which affect each and every part of your life. But more importantly, they control the most expensive parts of your life, right down to the part where you walk into the pharmacy and get your prescription, or oh, let's say go buy a medical assistance device.
Dr. Raj Sherman is up against some super powerful game players, and they don't like it when anybody starts rocking the boat. The corrupt Government of Alberta is not only waging a smear campaign against Dr. Raj Sherman-MLA, but they are out to discredit him and strip him of his Professional Credentials. Doing so would effectively render Dr. Sherman's ability to feed his family, Moot. Exactly the same thing they do to severely injured workers. This is not simply a Medical Crisis. This is a crisis of the social make-up of our society, government and communites. This is clearly a case of the BIG BOYS, squishing the little guy. Or maybe more aptly put, the good ol' boys.

All Workers Have the Right to return Home Safely
The three workers killed this past weekend in 3 days are really a direct reflection of the Government of Alberta's Cavalier attitude when it comes to dead workers.
It is no secret that the Ministry of Labour is taking the policy approach
of:
Alberta Tory Government Employment Policy A:There is another 50,000 foreign workers to replace dead Albertans.
Why would I make such a statement? Because the Ministry of Employment is in conflict in my mind, considering the fact the Occupation Health and Safety department is the responsibility of the Minister. Because Minister:Thomas Lukaszuk is also responsible for immigration portfolio. A ministry that zealously pursued a Conservative Party of Alberta program policy of continuing to pour 10's of thousands of temporary foreign workers into the province during the most severe recession the World has ever seen in modern times.
Minister Lukaszuk is also 100% directly responsible for the administration of the Workers Compensation Act of Alberta. He also has a hands off/DO-NOTHING approach to treatment of seriously injured workers who have been heinously abused by the WCB Alberta. But, simply put, he and his government do not care.
Nothing new for a minister who was in conflict for at least a year that I know of.

My blog today is to clarify all of the issues surrounding seriously injured and dead workers in a BIG Picture perspective. Hopefully to educate people on the threads that bind these issues together.
The events that unfolded in Chile last week are directly connected to dead and injured workers here in Alberta. How? Because the worldwide media was there to document the drama. It is so wonderful that a community effort of the entire country of Chile, helped ensure those men were brought home safely.
El Presidente de Chile Sebastian Pinera made a commitment to ALL working people of Chile. To ensure all workers make it home safely.
Those events bring to light the fact that ALL working men & women here in Alberta, and Canada for that matter deserve the right to come home safely to their loved ones.
These rights are not exclusive to: Policemen, Firemen, EMT's, Military Personnel and Government workers.
These rights extend to "ALL" working men & women. We all have the undeniable right to be protected from employer abuse in the form of safety violation enforcement.
Obviously the most "basic" worker safety enforcement principles are not being adhered to here in Alberta. The minister is not doing his job.
How is that website working out for you Tom?
The bodies are really starting to pile up.
Overpaid public officials doing "nothing", is a chronic problem Worldwide. This has been brought on by 20 years of conservative policy. "Do more with less", is their slogan to subordinate public workers.
Top government officials getting paid to do-nothing has become epidemic in this government and all Republican/Conservative style governments worldwide.
Steven Harper is still in denial. He just isn't getting my picture. He does not get the message.
Any message for that matter.
The Tory Legislature of Alberta is another do nothing organization. Helping cronies is high on their list.
We are suffering from exactly the same retarded republican Gov policies that tore down America. The current conservative ideology is predicated on the idea that Barack Obama is going to lose the midterm election, and Reps/Cons can simply carry on business as usual.
The Government of Alberta policies are killing workers. Your husband, your wife, your son, your brother all have the right to return home alive, every single day. No surprise from a Gov that puts children in their care in the grave.
Exactly at what point do we say enough is enough?
When? Another 10 dead workers? A hundred dead workers? A thousand dead workers?
When are the voters of this province going to stand up to their inept government, and demand a change? Not only a change in policy, but a change in who is in charge in this province
