  The reason that I know that Alberta Health Services and the WCB Alberta are engaged in Discrimation and Racism is because of the reaction of the doctor Naismith at the University of Alberta hospital this spring. There is obviously some serious lies that trigger some kind of ALERT about me within the Alberta Health Services Hospital System because of her mannerisms and her refusal to investigate the origin of my horrifc pain I was experiencing that day/week, her treatment of me was severely skewed and completely uncalled for from any doctor.

The Racism that WCB Alberta promotes was clearly evident on the Facebook page of my deceased and last Claims manager at Alberta WCB.
  2 months ago a person wrote me a comment about his experience at HealthPointe which also owns the CBI Health chain of bogus Physical Therapy Offices in Alberta. He claims that Dr. Garvin Chueng gave him access to medications and Therapy.

 The only thing that HealthPointe gave me is a horrific amount of unnecessary PAIN! Their doctor steered me to their clinic and then Dr. Garvin Chueng proceeded to inflict physical pain on me. Then he wrote a report saying that I did not have ENOUGH INSURANCE for treatment at their clinic.
 FRAUD ALERT: Do not go to this clinic if you have sustained an injury while at work, these guys ARE the Hacks and Quacks corporation delivering PRE-Determined Outcome reports for WCB AB.
 I was referred to HealthPointe by my Chronic Pain doctor at the University of Alberta Chronic Pain Clinic, he assured me that I would receive equal or better treatment at HealthPointe, that never happened. I believe that his advice was part of a targeted plan by WCB Alberta Claims Managers to deliberately deny me access to proper, timely and relevant treatments for my condition.

  The Webpage of CBI Physiotherapy truly highlights that everything that CBI [previously Canadian Back Institute] promotes on their webpage is absolute pure bullshit and should not be mistaken as anything more than false propaganda to promote their WCB AB run Torture Chamber.

  I arrived at HealthPointe and was examined by Dr. Garvin Chueng at which point he decided that it would be a good idea to dig his thumbs into my Spine in order to see what kind of reaction he would get. He got one, because after he was done with this retarded Medical Attack, he instructed me to get on the exam table; to check my reflexes (Pure speculation here what his motives were). When he raised my right leg he set off a cascade of horrific spasms that sent my entire back into a giant cramp. I was forced by the waves of pain and cramping to sit up and get off the table in order to try and stop the the convulsion of spasms my back was experiencing at that very moment.
I was in a horrific amount of pain, and proceeded to get dressed because there was NO way in Hell Pointe that I was going to let this idiot posing as a specialist touch me one more time.
 Dr. Garvin Chueng was actually standing there with the most bemused and puzzled look on his face when actually had the Gall of a first year Medical Student who had never examined a person that had broken his back before in his career when he asked, "Where are you going?"

 I responded, "I am going home this exam is over, I need to rest". I left because it was clear to me that HealthPointe is a bogus Spinal Care Center that is carrying on in the great tradition of their American corporate cousins who were fined by the U.S. Department of Justice in their prosecution of HealthPointe for the the crime of fraudulently billing practices to Medicare.
 What kind of junior physician would embark on the dangerous practice of digging his thumbs into my Broken Back? Was Dr. Garvin Chueng deliberately and cognitively TRYING to further injure me?
  In my mind this was his intent, I was leaving before this rookie doctor could inflict any MORE damage. 
 These are very serious questions that HealthPointe and Dr. Chueng refuse to even acknowledge happened. I interpret this bogus exam as malicious intent to dissolve my legitimate claim for compensation by the Workers Compensation Board of Alberta.
 WCB Claims managers insert incompetent WCB Crony doctor to write malicious report to deny me access to ANY medical treatment or imaging that would confirm my condition. It must be recalled that Dr. Chueng was relying on imaging that was almost 2 years old.
  Here is a doctor "Claiming" to be a specialist in his field and he does not even bother to order any diagnostic imaging "before" he cognitively decides to try to inflict harm on my person with his careless and obviously untrained exam methodology. Who trained this guy, the Nazi's? What phony medical school gave this Hack a medical license?
 As a patient I have always stated clearly to every Doctor, that I suffer from Chronic Pain from the day I fell and that the worst pain comes from my L1 burst fracture, but not exclusively it is my entire back and neck too. I really do believe that Dr. Garvin Chueng deliberately set out to AGGRAVATE my condition with his neophyte amateur nursing school examination techniques.
  As a direct result of the phony exam by Dr. Garvin Chueng, the CBI Health Group and his pals at the WCB AB have successfully denied me access to diagnostic imaging, and treatments and references to specialist in Alberta by restricting me to ONLY SEEING CBI Denial Agents posing as Spinal Specialists.  I am being Discriminated against in my own country. Immigrants and TFW's have much 100X times the access to Health Care Specialists than I do as a Seriously Injured Worker.
  The moniker of Hellberta still rings true in Edmonton, Hellberta. The new boss seems to be the same as the Old Boss in 1953 Hellberta. To say I am disappointed is a terrible understatement.

Alberta Health Minister faces questions about Primary Care Networks EJ story

My interpretation of the PCN Network is that Premier Redford created the "Perfect Healthcare environment" for private little clubs of the BEST doctors in Alberta. These little "Healthcare Boutiques" would assemble the BEST and the most expensive doctors together under ONE roof so that the Richest Albertans with the MOST money would be able to do one stop shopping when it comes to getting the BEST Healthcare available in Alberta.

 The End result is that the wealthiest anointed Albertans with the MOST money really DO FEEL that they deserve BETTER Healthcare than the unwashed people with less money.

There is one more benefit to the PCN ideology when it is applied to when applied to Alberta Health Services, is that the Alberta WCB can then manufacture their very OWN PCN full of Hacks and Quacks. The Hack Network doctors will be guaranteed to diagnose you as being ready and fit to return to work even if you are missing BOTH legs. This is the danger in the PCN Network because it allows the government and corrupt Health providers to divide the population into Rich Boutique Healthcare vs. Ghetto Care Network.

 Too many people think that ALL doctors are committed to “The Oath” and helping their fellow human beings, this is not so. The fact is there are equal amounts that are only in the business to get rich and get out with a fist full of dollars. The College of Physicians in Alberta is an organization that is totally committed to the full Privatization of HealthCare and the promotion to this very end. They are nothing more than a lobby group for privatization in my opinion.

 So in summary I think that it is a good thing that the Health Minister is taking her time to do a full and proper assessment of this poorly executed Network as it stands to date.

Philippine Worker to receive meeting with Alberta Health Minister Hoffman

 I read the morning news this morning and the Edmonton Journal is reporting that a Temporary Foreign Worker from the Philippines is going to meet with the Alberta Health Minister. I really have no issue with this woman and the unfortunate circumstances that resulted in her becoming disabled in a bicycle accident in Edmonton.
 I do have an issue with the Journal reporting that if this woman was injured at work that the WCB Alberta would pay for ALL of her medications and medical expenses as a result of any injuries suffered as a result of a workplace accident. Well I can tell you from experience that that is a total Goddamned LIE, and would really like it if the Journal would STOP repeating these lies.

It was revealed on the Facebook page of my now deceased Claims Managers and her friends and coworkers Facebook pages that my claims manager was racist, and enjoyed making jokes about aboriginal people to entertain her co-workers. The racist tone of the WCB Alberta is disturbing because in the Alberta Government "Union CONTRACT" that all WCB employees must sign for their wage agreements, the Union has rules banning harassment and racism in the workplace; and the WCB Union Agreement explicitly protects the WCB AB Employees from such treatment. I guess Guy Kerr is just racist enough for him to approve of the Claims Managers taking their racism out on Seriously Injured Workers.

Well it just so happens that I am of aboriginal descent and she turned me down for so much as ONE visit to the Chiropractor in order to help ease my pain and suffering!

 I live on AISH, the taxpayers of Alberta PAY for every single medication and prescription that I require in order to stay alive as a direct result of the Chronic Pain I suffer because this is a direct side effect of falling off of a steel rafter at work and breaking my back and injuring my neck.
 AISH would normally pay for at least 3 visits to the Chiropractor. Because my chiropractor tried to get WCB to pay, but WCB of Alberta will pay for ZERO visits to my chiropractor. I have spent too many nights crying over the abuse that the WCB of Alberta has deliberately FOCUSED on me. The WCB of Alberta's favorite TORTURE technique comes in the form of the DENIAL of Medical Treatments and TOTAL DENIAL of diagnostic scans and imaging. This gets the Alberta WCB Claims Managers absolutely Squealing with delight when they know they have delivered the MAXIMUM amount of medical torture possible.
 The Claims Managers can go on a big BONUS CHEQUE DRUNKEN party with the money they make denying seriously injured workers, because the ENTIRE organization benefits when I SUFFER the MOST. Torture of Seriously Injured Workers is the #1 role for a WCB Alberta Claims Manager.

The WCB of Alberta and Alberta Health services have to co-ordinate d their deliberate Medical ATTACK on my care by making damned sure that there is NO WAY IN HELL that I will EVER be able to see a real Spinal Orthopedic Surgeon. I will never get to see a neurosurgeon to determine the precise origin of my Chronic Pain that I live with every day!
 I was referred to the University of Calgary Spine Clinic a couple of years ago and the doctor there met with me after we drove down one day that required me to sleep in the car on the way down and the way back just to meet the specialist. She had told me she was going to order a bunch of different diagnostic tests; then a month later she phoned me back to tell me that some unnamed person from AB Health had phoned her and told her that ALL of MY TESTS were CANCELLED permanently!
 I cannot put into words how it feels when you are deliberately ATTACKED by your own government. Your heart and any tiny speck of hope for humanity is gone from your psyche forever.

 The Hacks and Quacks surgeon Dr. Hong Xing Jiang who operated on me has refused to ever see me again, because he knows of the crimes committed against my person by the WCB AB in the Royal Alexandra hospital. I waited for years to see Dr. Jiang; as my doctor had even written him on 2 occasions. In response Dr. Jiang wrote 4 (four) words in his report. He wrote: Surgery will not help.
 I waited for almost a year to see Jiang and this is what he sent me, 4 words.
 This is what 7 years of schooling enables you to write as a diagnosis and long term prognosis, is 4 words? These are the doctors AB WCB has been implanting into our Healthcare system?
 I wanted evidence based investigative medical imaging, you know like white people get; in order to determine the cause of my chronic pain.
 What Chinese province gave this guy a doctor's license? Did he get his degree from the 4 Words Harbin University?

 I am sorry this woman is in a bad predicament, but just try to imagine the horrible slap in the face that the mistreatment I have suffered as a result of falling off a rafter at work has brought me, by no fault of my own. I went to work and got hurt, that is it. My foreman and the site superintendent were both there when I fell, there is no contest to my injury, yet I still continue to receive NO Help whatsoever from the WCB of Alberta.
 The WCB Millard bogus Health Center phony health care workers immediately began "Threatening to cut me off, intimidating me and mocking my injury"; I had just met them. I never uttered one bad word to them and the THREATS to make me homeless came pouring out of the Millard staff like a giant AB Tar Bucket.

 Charity starts at home. That is what my mother taught me growing up, if the province of Alberta is going to start supporting TFW's that got hurt in bicycle accidents then I damned well deserve some kind of help. This is not right, downloading the cost of my medical care onto taxpayers is NOT right; this is a crime to pad the bottom line of WCB against the Taxpayers of Alberta. This is Guy Kerr maximizing his 1$Million dollar BONUS cheque! The WCB is the Fiduciary that is financially liable for my continuing Medical Care. This is nothing more than gratuitous GREED by Kerr and his board.

WHY is there nothing being done to MAKE WCB Alberta accountable, not only to the seriously injured workers of Alberta, but WHY is the WCB Alberta NOT accountable to the TAXPAYERS of Alberta?
 Why Minister Hoffman? You are my MLA, does charity not begin at home? I realize the new government has a enormous task ahead fixing all of the screwed up policies of the PC's. I guess time will tell if they can fix Health Care and the WCB. It is too corrupt in my opinion, you would have to FIRE the entire WCB Staff in order to fix this.
 The best place to start is by firing Guy Kerr the CEO of WCB Ab, he is one of the the last vestiges of corruption and entitlement leftover from the AB PC SELF entitlement gang in Edmonton. Guy Kerr has profitted MASSIVELY on the backs of DEAD Albertans, and Seriously injured workers in Alberta.
 He has cashed way too many Million dollar BONUS  cheques, and still continues to brag about killing between 100 and 200 workers PER/YEAR! Fire this SELF-entitled greedy bugger.

My recent Hospital visits have really hampered my Blog posts recently

  I apologize for not updating my blog in the last few months but I recently had to go to the emergency dept. at the University and after that horrible act of discrimination by the U of A doctor I had to return to the hospital a few days later. I have given up on going to the University Hospital for their programmed WCB discrimination doctors who get some kind of glee from denying care to seriously injured workers. I went to the Sherwood Park hospital a couple of days later, they have a very wonderful staff working there.
  I cannot believe that I lived long enough to watch the Healthcare system of this province be completely gutted and hollowed out the way it is here in Alberta. The AHS is clearly utilizing a system of discrimination in their policies that are implemented when you arrive in the Emergency departments of our hospitals here in Alberta. 
 I will try to update my blog in a couple of days.

University of Alberta is now the Whites ONLY Jewish Hospital for Edmonton

 I very lightly brushed against the pantry bi-fold door in our apartment on Wednesday March 11, 2015 and I was immediately stricken with a horrific level of pain in my lower back that was so intense it forced me to the floor in agonizing pain. I could not get up and I was screaming in pain. Fortunately Debbie was home from work ill and was on the couch, she was able to come to my aide. I continued to scream in pain because the pain was so intense. I am used to constant non ending pain, and I am heavily medicated for this pain, but this was so intense that no amount of self administered medications is sufficient to stop this level of severe pain.
  It took some effort but Debb was able to help me to my feet eventually and we drove to the University of Alberta Hospital

fully expecting that they would investigate the origin of my severe pain episode. I had extreme difficulty walking that persists now 2 days after that event, and I had extreme difficulty getting in the car to go to the hospital.
 I was shocked and appalled at the flip and smug level of dis-concern from Dr. Naismith at the University Hospital. She offered to give me a Morphine injection and that was it. When I asked if she was going to order any scans she immediately snapped back that under NO conditions would she order ANY kind of scans on my back or body.
 She casually repeated the Stephen Mandel scripted line that "MRI's are unnecessary". She was very quick to point out that BECAUSE I suffer from Chronic Pain; there is absolutely NO condition that I would find myself in that would require the need for investigative medicine or imaging to determine the precise origin of my pain!
 I was flabbergasted, we could hire a Parrot

for a lot cheaper than a ER Doctor, or even a Video Kiosk at the ER entrance informing patients who have been injured at work to NOT BOTHER waiting for care.
 I may have suffered a ruptured disk, as slipped disk or perhaps even worse, it is impossible to know without ANY kind of imaging. She informed me that unless I was suffering from uncontrollable diarrhea that under NO conditions would she be prepared to order ANY kind of radio-graphic scans. She informed me that without ANY kind of investigative tools that SHE with her obvious inbred Super-powers, that SHE is capable of telling what is wrong with me without the aide of ANY kind of bothersome electronic equipment.
 I was shocked at how similiar her scripted message was to the Stephen Mandel warning about how 50% of MRI's are unneccessary. Dr. Naismith was very quick to dole out free advice about how I walk across the street to a private MRI clinic in the College Plaza and pay $1000 CASH for the Privilege to get an MRI the NEXT day.
 She is a doctor, she works in a hospital, I am on AISH, she knows I cannot afford MRI scans. She seemed to be extremely PROUD of her performance as an Emergency Doctor that is keeping the NON-Government workers that have been injured at work DOWN.
  1)  KEEP the Injured Workers DOWN, step on workers who are NOT COPS or FIREMEN
  2)  Trample any expectations Injured Worker ER patients have of "receiving EQUAL Medical Assistance" ensuring you as a WCB Crony Quack KEEP THEM DOWN!
  2)  It had not occurred to me that the Alberta Health Services now has specified WCB Hacks and Quacks on duty, so they can SQUASH and ideas suffering patients have of recieving the bare mininum medical treatments that ALL other patients are offered when they land in a Trauma Center in Alberta.
  I have always said, "A person who is standing around while giving out really BAD ADVICE is NOT the same thing as a person who is really trying to help."
It would appear that this doctor wears the "Do-nothing Bad Advice CREDO" like a badge of honour. This event signals that this is a sad day for medicine in Alberta.
  I knew for a fact that when Mandel was announcing his Bean Counter tactics for the tenth PC Savage ATTACK on our beleagured Healthcare system, that we are in for BIG trouble this time.
  Alberta Taxpayers could hire a PARROT for the Stephen Mandel Advertising Campaign that is a clever diversion to draw your eye away from the PC Medical SAVAGE ATTACK.
Alberta does not need PARROTS who are paid Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars! We can hire parrots for this job. Phillipino Parrots to be precise because then the hospital can claim them as TFW's, and thereby share in the proceeds of "Settling Grants" from the Harper government.
 AHS is now running a made in Hellberta Medical Caste System, and it has been operating successfully for some time. It makes sense since we are the product of a British colony who ruled India and what is now Pakistan for decades. It has to be very easy to pull this off here in Canada where we have so many different kinds of Status Indians.
 This caste system has enabled the government to causally attach what appear to be erroneous alpha numeric designations to Indentifiable groups of people in Canada. Thus is born the non-government Seriously Injured Worker designation for seriously injured workers who are not Firemen, they are not Cops, they are not EMT's, they are not government workers etc. who have AWESOME Medical Coverage!

Why is Thomas Lukaszuk STILL advocating for TFW's as the Alberta Recession Deepens?

 Thomas Lukaszuk's shameless shilling for votes and his continued advocacy for Temporary Foreign Workers absolutely defies all current logic in Canada. As a shill for the largest Foreign Transnational Oil and Mining companies in the World Thomas is a total Eager Beaver conservative politician willing to draw his paycheck from AB Taxpayers; while he toils as a SERVANT of the largest Transnational Corporations. If find it offensive that he takes his pay from taxpayers so that he can slew-foot them out of work. He takes money from taxpayers to keep Albertan wages LOW! That ain't right. Thomas Lukaszuk is in my opinion a total hypocrite. He was the Minister responsible for the Minister of Employment and Immigration in the wake of the bungling of this Alberta Labour Ministry by Hector Goudreau in the wake of the Patrick Clayton hostage taking at the Workers Compensation Board in downtown Edmonton. Thomas Lukaszuk did "Nothing" to help seriously injured workers who are being abused by the WCB AB during his tenure as the head of the Employment Ministry in 2010 until he was reposted.

My opinion of Mr. Lukaszuk is that he is a PC politician that will do and say anything for this Corporate Masters to bring MORE TFW's to Canada. I fell of a steel rafter 9 Years ago, and I still have not received 1 single penny from the WCB of AB, as a result of falling off a Steel Rafter and breaking my BACK.
 AB Health and WCB AB continue to BLOCK me from ever seeing a Spinal Orthopedic Specialist in the province of Alberta because I was injured at work! As was exposed by Anthony Hughes, that Thomas was still listed as an executive on the board of his IWA advocacy company for months AFTER he became minister of the Employment portfolio.
 I was severely injured at work and suffered a career ending injury, and you know what? I tried to get the AB Government to help me back when Thomas was the Minister, and I got the door in the face. 
 So please Tom, spare us the platitudes of what a great advocate you are of NON-Canadian workers. You were elected to serve your Alberta community Thomas. Albertans would feel much better Thomas if you spent 5 minutes advocating for Injured Canadians who were born and raised here. Shilling for the immigrant vote because you have calculated that the majority of Castle Downs residents are immigrants, recent immigrants or TFW's is nothing more than cheap political grandstanding for votes is my opinion.

Wendee Hockney refusal to allow me Chiropractic Care

The horrible reality of what has happened here by order of maliciously trained WCB Alberta Claims Managers who formed their very own "Bitchs Club" to deny Seriously Injured Workers even the slightest form of clinical relief from our every day struggles with Chronic Pain as a direct result of falling off of a Steel Rafter at work and breaking my back.
 I am so sad that the WCB of Alberta does NOT even pay for the mininum amount of chiropractic visits that AISH allows for. The daily grind of the Alberta Workers Compensation Board exercising their Financial MIGHT by Standing on the Throat of a Seriously Injured Ironworker is too much to bear some days, it causes me extreme mental anxiety and stress. This is the very same organization that will not even pay for a matress and box spring for me, and have refused to do so for many years now. The WCB is such a pile of phony fucks, wickedly evil crony Hacks and Quacks doctors, it is such a vile entity that should have never ever been created. All the money there is in this province and we have a Corporation run by a fraudulent promotor of WCB Hacks using their facilities to fraudulently forge Doctors reports so as to fraudulently make the claimant appear as though there is nothing wrong with him/her is just such a slap in the face to Democracy and to the decent human caring that has been erased from Medical Care here in Alberta. This is the kind of thing that makes Christmas so much more sad for seriously injured workers who are being physically crushed under the Medical Abuse weight of carrying the do-nothing WCB Corporate Dick-Suckers club around on our broken backs each and every day. When the Workers Compensation Board of Alberta jams their absurdity machine into gear every monday morning they do so with the implied knowledge that they are the fuduciaries entrusted with Billions and Billions of hard working Albertans money in their fudiciary care. A Fuduciary by definition of the Dictionary is expected to conduct himself or herself in a manner that is expected of a person that holds such a highly responsible office in our society. They are not to act in the manners of desperate drug addicted money whores who are jones-sing for their next hit of meth or a hit on a crack pipe. They are to conduct themselves as a banker would, as school head master or as any well respected member of our business community would. The cheap petty fraudulent practices of the Workers Compensation Board of Alberta are World Renowned, for Christ's sake even ISIS has heard of the WCB and their horrific practices. How do you think that ISIS became so mean? Don't forget that Alberta has more active combatants fighting in Irag and Syria than the Canadian Military does in active ground combat. How do I know this? I watch the News, the Canadian News Media has reported that there are over 100 Calgarians that are suspected to be actively engaged in the Oil fields of Persia. How is it that so many young people from Calgary have become so disenfranchised with Canada? Did they too have a WCB of Alberta experience? One of their pals perhaps?
Did they experience some kind of mental abuses while living in Calgary? Why did Calgary have such an obviously mind altering effect on their psyche's that has resulted in them developing such a repulsive experience of living in Canadian society? These are all valid questions that need answers.
 
For me Christmas is such a sad time, knowing that there exists a Alberta Government Sanctioned Fraud Scheme that actively encourages the Alberta College of Physicians to scout, hire and promote the enrollment of WCB Hacks and Quacks doctors. These Hacks and Quacks physicians are the most valuable tool in the toolbox utilized by the Workers Compensation Board and their CRONY organization the WCB Appeals Commission. The WCB Appeals Commission would be unable to function to capacity and without these fraudulent WCB Hack doctors churning out a constant supply of bogus Independent Medical Examinations, the WCB APPEALS COMMISSION would NOT be able to CASH IN on the WCB Alberta BONUS Scheme that is extended to ALL WCB employees.
 Reading Appeals decisions has cemented my belief that the WCB Appeals Commission is JUST as CORRUPT as the WCB of Alberta. Same/Same. They get their pay cheques DIRECTLY from the WCB and IT SHOWS. It shows big time. Sad statement about the state of affairs in this crooked ass province of fraud artists we call the government of Alberta. Shameful, just totally shameful is my observation.

 These page that I am posting are the hand written pages of the Letter that I personally gave to Dr. Leslie DeLima, while he sat beside me on my hospital bed Bare Faced LYING to me. I was under extremed physical and emotional DURESS, I had no Idea that the Royal Alexandra Hospital would
physically AMBUSH a seriously injured worker in their CARE! I did not know that the Royal Alex was in the business of Ambushing Patients, I know now! In the letter I wrote on that day, I was begging Dr. Jiang and the Royal Alex Hospital to NOT discharge me on Mar. 09, 2006.

Page 2 of letter given to Dr. Leslie DeLima that I wrote under extreme duress and under extremely heavy sedation. To this day I do not know how I even managed to print on the paper the nursing staff provided. It amazes me what a human can do when under attack by hostile Hospital staff.

In Page 3 of letter I gave to Dr. Leslie DeLima, it is now clear to me that even at that moment in time, I was keenly cognizant of being careful not to attack the Ward Hospital Nursing staff, because I was obviously keenly aware of the connotations of writing a scathing attack on staff. I was unaware the Hospital Nursing staff were also Bare Faced lying to me in the meeting with the Hospital social worker. The entire Nursing staff was lying to me as a GROUP in the convened meeting. I was struggling and at a clear disadvantage and heavily drugged while trying to protect my rights as a patient who had just suffered a Spinal Trauma. I never seen the "WCB Trauma patient Blind Side coming". I was completely caught off guard that a Hospital would maltreat a Trauma patient suffering under extreme mental and physical duress. Looking back on those events, it is even more horrible than I originally thought was possible from an Alberta Health Services Hospital where I was born. It is no longer a hospital, it is more like some kind of Hacks & Quacks factory "MASH Unit" slapped together in a war zone where the doctors perform "Meatball Surgery".

  I wrote this letter after we had convened a meeting with the nursing TEAM from the ward I was stationed on, begging THE NURSES to NOT discharge me because the Workers Compensation Board of Alberta had made NO efforts to arrange Home Care assistance for my arrival at home. At NO TIME did any of the Hospital Staff inform me that the WCB Crony Hack Dr. Leslie DeLima was meddling in my care within the hospital; No Staff members alerted me to this fact. Home Care did not show up for 3 days to even do an assessment of my medical needs, shameful shitty service is the Alberta WCB WAY!

  I personally know what it is to be a home-care aide and to look after another human being who is physically disabled, because the University Hospital and Dr. Lien made me sign a letter committing to the care of my brother in order for him to be released from the U of A Hospital after his transplant. I made the decision to care for my foster brother with honor, almost a year to the day prior to my fall, whereby I agreed to be his care giver after he was discharged from the U of A Hospital as Canada's 33rd Heart and Double Lung recipient. I know what it is to be a care giver and how critical it is to have Home Care supports in place when a severely injured or disabled person arrives at their home. I know what it is to be that person. The WCB of Alberta is a goddamned embarrassment to the very principle of Medicine and Health Care, and further; the Royal Alexandra Hospital should be goddamned ASHAMED of their co-conspiracy in physically ABUSING Patients in their care! Goddamned Ashamed!
They advertise "Priority Needs" on their fund raising website, their very first priority should be to STOP Abusing severely injured Trauma patients.There is NO place for Targeted Discrimination against severely injured patients within our Alberta Hospitals, got it R.A.H.? And WCB AB? I cannot put into words the anguish this has caused me, knowing that I was "Targeted in a Alberta Hospital". It is frightening to know that I cannot expect safety of my person while in the care of the Royal Alex Hospital. I believe that the Royal Alexandra Hospital is racist first, and a WCB Hacks Farm second, what a horrific and terrifying combination.
Christ just imagine what they would do to the Ebola patients. They would ALL end up dead.

  It has taken me many years to even find this 3 page document that I wrote under extreme mental and physical duress after learning that the Royal Alex Hospital was discharging me 7 days after I fell off a Steel Rafter @ Edmonton Kenworth in south Edmonton on March 01,2006 and broke my back. I was absolutely terrified, and the day previous my brother had arraigned a meeting with the R.A.H. Social Worker who brought together the nursing staff and the physio department tech to address my serious concerns regarding the decision by the Royal Alex Hospital to discharge me after only 7 days with NO Home Care supports in place. At the time of the meeting, I was completely unaware that Dr. Leslie DeLima was the WCB embedded TROLL doctor freewheeling within the Royal Alex, and I was also unaware of his meddling in my treatment, physiotherapy and decision to discharge me from the Hospital.
  The Royal Alexandra Hospital did conspire with WCB AB and with full willful intent, they wittingly conspired to mislead me and my family by deliberately concealing and hiding this information from me thus inflicting unnecessary further pain and injury.
  This was the first time I have read this letter in 8 years, and it was not until today that I was reading my letter  that I realized that the Nursing Staff was aware of the status of Dr. Leslie DeLima as the recognized embedded WCB Alberta Troll doctor. Then the nurses made the conscious decision to LIE to me and withhold this critical WCB Troll information regarding whom was pulling the strings in the ongoing care and treatment for the Spinal Trauma that I suffered in a workplace accident. I find this revelation to be a very disturbing revelation about the Administrative Functions of Senior Hospital Management within the Royal Alexandra Hospital.
  The Royal Alexandra Hospital REFUSES to publicly acknowledge that R.A.H. is the "Preferred WCB Hosptial" for WCB patients in the Northern Region of Alberta". The Royal Alex is fully aware of what is going on, and they are 100% complicit with the Workers Compensation Board of Alberta in cloaking WHO really is in charge of the Royal Alex Hospital.

NO Trauma Patient should ever have to endure the Abuse I was subjected to in the Royal Alexandra Hospital while in a severely weakened and depleted state, EVER! It is unprofessional and dangerous.

  I was heavily sedated and in a severely weakened state when I wrote the letter to my Spinal Orthopedic Surgeon on the 9th day of March 2006. But I still knew instinctively that the Royal Alexandra Hospital was treating a severely injured man like SHIT! I knew that much. It was extremely difficult to write the letter in my depleted condition, that I gave to Dr. Leslie DeLima and at that time he promised me he would forward that letter to Dr. Jiang who was my Spinal Orthopedic Surgeon.
  I now know that he lied to my face that day that the letter was NEVER delivered to Dr. Jiang. The entire nursing staff on my Ward at the Royal Alexandra Hospital LIED to me, and then discharged me. These are serious and disturbing management practices, that are obviously Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) within the confines of the Royal Alex Hospital.
  All of this coupled with the Physical Assault on my person by a doctor who was never part of my Medical Treatment TEAM, and had absolutely NO authority to touch any part of my person when he illegally removed my neck brace and squeezed my neck hard. I am really fucking pissed off now.
  Because Edmonton is the Corporate dick sucking Capital of Canada,   there will be NO Legal consequences to these felonious and illegal acts by the Workers Compensation Board of Alberta. One might ask the completely valid question: Why will the Justice Minister of Hellberta (Alberta) not charge these felonious WCB bastards?

  The reason that there will never be any charges laid against the unauthorized  WCB Hack doctors for physical Assault is in my opinion because there were NO Cops, 

No Firemen, No Prison Guards or any other government employees physically or emotionally harmed in this deliberate and targeted Physical Assault on my person by one of their government sanctioned corporate Dick Sucker pals. No Corporate Dick Suckers were harmed is the answer!

There I have put my Trauma Accident experience inside the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton in the plainest possible terms that all corporate AB Govt. dick suckers automatically  understand. Macking on the innocent Trauma patients within the Royal Alex and the most vulnerable persons in Alberta's fake Democracy IS the Alberta Govt. Corporate Dick Sucker WAY!
