Mayor Don Iveson will never "Drain the Swamp" because he enjoys being the head alligator too much.

   When I seen the Police Chief on television actually promoting their continued practice of carding, alarm bells started going off in my head. This is what I have been writing about the "Corruption Culture" that is so solidly embedded in the Edmonton Police Service and much worse at Edmonton City Hall, this is all because the Mayor of Edmonton Don Iveson is such a phony social advocate for change.

 There is no change coming ever with "The Tefon Don" Iveson and his crew of "Crony Capitalists", Don Iveson is a solid promoter of keeping the Old Dinosaur's and their Uber-corrupt practices solidly in place for another decade as the Mayor of the Capitol of Alberta.
 This City Council of misanthropic misfits actually EXTENDED the contract for a Police Chief that promoted a obvious racist cop who abused a child with a taser, what kind of Mayor is this? A liar to begin with, who is promoting a false image of himself.
Iveson is promoting himself as the Mayor of OPENNESS, for who? Katz?
 Like is this guy for real, he is actually trying to pass himself off as some kind of Open Democracy champion, what joke and a total lie. Have you heard, Mayor Iveson is gonna "Build A WALL" to keep the hoards of voters OUT, and before you reach the wall you are going to have to pass security checks and metal detectors, because the misanthrope City Councillors fear an uprising from the people.

The City of Edmonton is the only MAJOR city in Canada that I know of that regularly hold SECRET MEETINGS! Mr. Burns was the mayor who started the secret Edmonton corruption meetings, and Smithers his protégé (Iveson) is continuing his gleeful journey down CORRUPTION LANE

The majority of provinces in Canada have specific legislation making it ILLEGAL for Municipal Councils to hold secret meetings. It is one of the Cornerstones of our Democracy, it is called Openness.

 Not the phony baloney Openness that The Teflon Don is promoting on his web-page. Don Iveson and his crony council are an abomination of the very Principles of Democracy. God the people who gave these spending addicts an Award for Openness must be a pile of maroons.

 "If the majority deny rights to and destroy their opposition, then they also destroy democracy." That is what the Crony Capitalist Council of Iveson and his cronies have produced when they denied Injured Workers the Right of Assembly to honor our fallen.
 We as citizens of Edmonton cannot make fun of Donald Trump if we accept the behavior and terrible level of performance that this group of Councillors and the Mayor have delivered to this city, then you are nothing more than a hypocrite.

 There can be NO resolution of the serious crimes that have been committed against Seriously Injured Workers until the Old Dinosaur Police Chief Rod Knecht steps down and lets the next generation of Policemen or women take the reigns of Policing in this City. Police Chief Knecht simply carries TOO MUCH Old baggage with him. Dinosaurs cannot and will not change, they are too old and too set in their ways, you have to do a complete REMOVE and REPLACE (R+R), it is the 21st Century Way.

 Until a PURGE of Corruption happens here in the Capitol of Alberta, there can be no resolution of Injured Workers grievances because the same Old Dino's are still in charge and refuse to hold the guilty parties to account for their crimes. Why does the Police Chief refuse to investigate or charge these criminals? Because these are his friends.
 You have to remember that Rod Knecht was pushed out of the RCMP, because he refused to change and all those years he spent running K-Division fused these practices of corruption into his psyche, he cannot change now he has spent his entire adult life promoting the stripping of citizens rights.
 He has to go, and he can take the Mayor and his cronies with him because these are the architects of corruption, THEY BUILT the SWAMP, and they will be damned if they will allow a bunch of simple citizens that lack the Financial Might of the Iveson cronies,  to DRAIN the SWAMP that Mr. Burns and Smithers have put so much time and effort in to constructing. 
 The Old Government Bureaucrats that carried out these abuses against innocent injured civilians are ALL STILL EMBEDDED and they still are all still employed by the AB Govt. Until there is a wholesale PURGE of these Old Dinosaurs left over from the PC Dynasty, nothing will change at the WCB of Alberta and nothing will change for injured workers killed or maimed on the job in Alberta.

 These are the thoughts that immediately came to mind when I seen the Police Chief of Edmonton actively promoting violating the Charter of Rights on Television, he was very matter of fact about it.
 Meanwhile BACK in the SWAMP, Mayor Iveson is completely at ease with this news. Mayor Iveson and his whole PHONY Indigenous Reconciliation ACT is nothing more than a giant bag of wind.
 And that is why I have given the name of SMITHERS to our Mayor, because his policies are Lock/Step in compliance with the same old policies of corruption left over from the Mandel City Council. In fact I cannot tell ANY Difference in the policy actions of Mayor Iveson and his previous gang of cronies that promote "Crony Capitalism."
 Don Iveson and his crew are very happy living In the SWAMP, to them Crony Capitalism is fun, and VERY profitable to their cronies. There is no city of 1 Million in N. America, that spends and wastes money like it is growing on trees the way Edmonton City Council spends and wastes tax dollars.

Crony capitalism is a term describing an economy in which success in business depends on close relationships between business people and government officials. It may be exhibited by favoritism in the distribution of legal permits, government grants, special tax breaks, or other forms of state interventionism.

 The City of Edmonton and the SWAMP Dwellers have conspired in my opinion to strip Albertans of their inherent right to assembly, and to deny them the right to Protest. They did this when the Mandel City Council quietly removed the Memorial for Dead and Injured Workers from City Hall.
 On that day, the Mandel crew of Iveson and his cronies decided it was much easier to STRIP Edmontonians of their Charter Rights, and their ability to assemble at a central location in the town square that is named after the greatest champion of Democracy that ever lived in the last century, Sir Winston Churchill; rather than offer real help to these people like ACCESS to City Hall.
 The "Enemies of Democracy" from the old Stephen Mandel gang of misanthropes do not believe that citizens within a Free and Democratic Society should have the right to protest at their City Hall in the center of the city. This has earned them the moniker of "The enemies of Democracy", that they fully deserve. To Iveson and his crew of cronies, this is THEIR City Hall. So, they are Building a WALL to keep YOU the taxpayers OUT.

 This is WHY I felt compelled to comment when the officer was shot, and our phony social champion Mayor Don Iveson was on air crying and balling about a Police Officer who died on the job.
 OVER 100 people lose their lives every YEAR in Alberta at work, and they are NOT cops, they are NOT Policemen or government employees, but they are proud Canadians that deserve to remembered and honored at an open and accessible venue in the heart of our City. That is not the case right now because Iveson and his gang of misanthropic Crony Capitalists decided it was their RIGHT to deny me and my seriously injured worker associates our Charter Rights to assembly for remembering common people who have died in the line of work.
 Those workers who died, each and every man woman and teen who has died or become severely disabled deserve our remembrance, because EACH and every one of those workers had a family, a brother, a sister and a loving mother and father that miss them dearly each day. I cannot bear that these misanthropes that call themselves our Civic Fathers have so beguiled their duties to the citizens of this city, because my father worked for the City of Edmonton for over 30 years and he is rolling in his grave as we speak.
 On Civic Election Day please vote with those who have gone before us and have given their lives for this province we live in and have paid the Ultimate Price for their country, and throw these misanthropic Crony Capitalistic henchmen out of office for the good of our community. The future of your city depends on it, your children will thank you one day. Otherwise they will simply continue to STRIP your rights as a citizen from you until one day you wake up and you will find you don't have any rights left to fight for just like happened to Martin Niemöller:

We as injured workers completely understand the grief of his wife. I patently reject her statement that this is a "Common Sense Law". Conservatives love to use the catchphrase "Common Sense" when they are seeking political points. The reality is that common sense has never existed in any part of society. I am deeply troubled by the Conservative MP using a grieving wife as a political prop.
  Implying that a political foe is lacking in "Common Sense" is a sneaky way of calling your politico opponent an imbecile or idiot that lacks judgement or decision making skills, it is a misnomer

150 Grieving families whose father WAS NOT a cop, a fireman, a prison guard, or an EMT, where is the MP when these men and women are killed on the job? How come Michael Cooper does not advocate for those 150 families each year whose breadwinner is not coming home again, ever. Can MP Cooper explain precisely WHY he is not lobbying the Worker's Compensation Board of Alberta to pressure the government for change? He is aware that the WCB is "Exclusive Remedy" for worker safety in Alberta. That means that the WCB has the exclusive power to investigate injury, deaths and to make recommendations to the government regarding the safety of ALL workers in this province.
Why does Michael Cooper not directly phone Guy Kerr? You know the self described hero that cashes in 900k Cheques for DENYING real mean and women who built this province benefits they are legally entitled to. Guy Kerr cashes 900 Thousand dollar Paycheque for paving over the bodies of dead Canadian workers for his Corporate cronies.
 Or does he already know the blubbering prepared response from AB's do-nothing WCB CEO is always a hollow scripted uncaring response? Watching Guy Kerr speak is like watching a piece of cardboard cite the Lord's Prayer, completely devoid on any genuineness or sincerity. 
 In Alberta seriously injured workers are accustomed to his WCB Robotic Statement reads. You will never see a video interview with Guy Kerr because he knows his insincerity will come oozing out of his skin on camera, it would be bad for his carefully created self image.

 The Minister of Parliament fails to mention, that it was an Edmonton Police Service Police Officer acting as the Justice of the Peace, that EPS Officer freed the man who shot this distraught woman's husband. 
 That policy was a policy that was pursued by  EPS and CPS lobbied for and was approved by the PC Govt. many years ago. I always felt that using Cops to act as Justice of the Peace was an abuse of power, by the Police Chiefs of AB, and a direct violation of the Laws of Natural Justice. It is and was a conflict of interest.
 That is how a fascist puppet regime is created, the Conservative Elite of Alberta would not have been able to craft a perfect Fascist regime within a Democratic framework without the full co-operation of Uber corrupt Constabulary Forces to enforce their corrupt Justice System and their Laws promoting their own form of Corruption. Police Chief Rod Knecht is a leftover Dinosaur of the 40+ years of PC Fascism.
 Police Chief Knecht was weened his entire Police Career promoting Laws that encourage his Police Officers to deny you your basic human rights that Canadians are protected by with the Charter of Rights.and Freedoms. It is not his fault, he is a Dinosaur.
 Mr. Burns (Mandel) hired Chief Knecht because he knew that Rod Knecht believed in the same fascist values that he and his mentored assistant Waylon Smithers (Don Iveson) believed in. This is WHY Don Iveson was never a champion of change, Iveson never tried to drain the swamp because Don Iveson was ALWAYS a Swamp dweller, thus he feels that having a Police Chief that STILL ADVOCATES for stripping people of their Charter Rights is a perfect fit for his Gang of Corporate Cronyism Swamp Dwellers.

 We managed to partially drain "The SWAMP" by defeating the PC's, now it is time to finish the job, in the next Civic Election I urge you to get out and vote. Your sham Democracy depends on it, otherwise you are simply living in a Sterilized FANTASYLAND created by the Wealthy Elites like Darryl Katz who are so sorry that his BOUGHT and PAID FOR PC Party was soundly defeated in the last AB election.

 Michael Cooper fails to mention that these were policies that were enacted by a PC Government that ran this province like their own little Communist country, were the Justice System was corrupt right to the very top; especially when Alison Redford ran the province. 
 Rick Caron and his wife Penny produced undeniable PROOF of corruption, document tampering and forgery within the WCB Appeals Commission, and so they took that evidence directly to the office of then Justice Minister Redford.
 As injured workers we had no idea that the Alberta Justice System was CORRUPT right to the very top including the Justice Minister, this was a shock and a wake-up call to the "Crimes against Democracy" that had been committed by the PC Government of Alberta..

 She returned the evidence and a letter that Alison Redford had "hand signed" that stated AB Justice did not in their opinion believe any crime had been committed and that they did not believe any document tampering had occurred.

But au contraire readers, I firmly believe that Alison Redford was the Perp that day, because she was a sworn Officer of the Court  when she knowingly signed a document that she knew to be false; on that day she committed a crime is my opinion.

 Michael Cooper is solely in this political PROFIT, why is he not hounding his very own caucus colleagues about HOW a cop came to be the Justice of the Peace for the bail hearing? Why does he not question the Edmonton Police Service and the Chief of Police for EPS about HOW a police officer was routinely acting as Justice of the Peace presiding over these proceedings, especially at night and on weekends was the standard practice?
 Keep in mind that numerous times Injured Workers approached the Edmonton Police Service and alerted them to these obvious crimes by the government, and in every instance the EPS refused to investigate. The KEY SWAMP Dwellers are ALL still in charge, until that changes and their is a quantum shift in Police Chiefs and the entire Alberta Justice department will remain in Ill Repute. Worse yet is that Justice will continue to be DENIED in Hellberta, because people like Mayor Don Iveson don't EVER want to see the SWAMP DRAINED.
 For Mayor Iveson, having a corrupt Police Chief is just O.K. man. Iveson and his cronies live in FEAR that if the SWAMP is ever drained at City Hall in Edmonton, it will expose what he and his cronies have buried under the SWAMP. 

 I find the Conservative Member of Parliament to be offensive to the idea of Democracy, since he is part of a political machine that has worked tirelessly to dismantle all fairness in the Justice System. I find him offensive and completely disingenuous with his attacks on the sitting Trudeau government, because his motivations are purely Political Profit. I call it like I see it, and this man is a fake which is not surprising for a PC.

 
 

 I have spent years trying to get the most BASIC needs of a worker who fell and broke his back at work met, with zero success. I have been to every law office in downtown Edmonton trying to get a lawyer to fight the WCB, and not 1 lawyer would take on the WCB.

 I have tried for years to get the 1 thing that would make my life 10 times better, immediately! A bed. It began when I got out of the hospital and because I was recovering from a Spinal Trauma and major back surgery, I was hoping the WCB would provide one. Nope, I was wrong.

 I asked and asked the useless WCB home care workers who did NOT show until 4 days AFTER I arrived home if I could get a new bed. Yes, they told me, "No problem". No bed ever arrived, I continued to ask them and I asked my worker for a bed. Yes as soon a it is approved we will deliver it I was told. That was 11 years ago, and I am still waiting. The WCB does NOT CARE if you die in the gutter, in pain, broke penniless and mentally tortured, so long as Guy Kerr can report ANOTHER banner profits year.

 If you are NOT a government worker, like a Cop or a firemen, then the WCB of Alberta will do everything in their power to ABUSE you and to inflict further mental torture on the injured worker. BUT, if you are a Cop or a Firemen or an EMT, or a prison guard they WCB will heap ALL the benefits you could possible imagine onto those families because they are all part of their Great Big GOVERNMENT FAMILY.

 If you do not belong to to this special group then you are just plain out of luck there buddy. That is what is so sad about the reality that Seriously Injured Workers face here in Alberta. If you are a Cop and you are driving without a seat-belt on and you smash your knees into the dashboard in a head on collision, you will be admitted to the Glenrose Hospital for Rehabilitation once you are discharged from the hospital.

If you are NOT a government employee, then once the WCB Hacks and Quacks Dr. Leslie DeLima is done physically attacking you in your hospital bed you will be promptly discharged home with NO Home-care supports waiting to help you in you hour of need. Then when you ask for medical devices like a bed, and you even have your Family Physician write a Prescription for a orthopedic bed, you will be flatly DENIED.

 That is the sad reality of living working and breaking your back at work here in Hellberta. I feel for the Mounties Wife, as I feel for ALL workers who are killed on the job.

But watching MP Cooper grandstanding and blaming the Trudeau government; for horrible policies that are firmly ROOTED in Progressive Conservative policy making by a government that ruled by MAJORITY for 40 years; is just so damned repulsive on many levels. Michael Cooper is a typical Conservative Political Opportunist. I find his use of a widower to further his career by using a dead Policeman for political gain to be so repulsive it make me want to vomit. 

 Michael Cooper fails to mention that the "Crime and Punishment Govt." of Stephen Harper, was DRUNK on writing new Laws to crush the poor people of Canada almost daily they were writing new laws to suppress Freedom and Democracy. It was a bloody disgrace and a collateral attack on Democracy by the CPC Party that Cooper belongs to, he conveniently leaves that part out of his Grief profiteering campaign.

I have to rest, Chronic Pain is calling, and it does not care if you do not pick up the phone. Chronic Pain does not take any days off. Peace, out.

 I am an opiate addict by default, I have NO CHOICE. I have to take pain medications or I will die, that is an undisputed medical fact. Ask any "legitimate doctor", not a WCB Hacks and Quacks operative that writes his own distorted medical opinions for the sole purpose of denying life saving drugs to patients who honestly do require these medications in order to survive day to day.

 As a Chronic Pain sufferer, as I have written for many years now, Chronic Pain takes NO days off. This is a real medical condition for patients who have suffered terrible injuries. I HAVE to take powerful drugs like Fentanyl in order to simply "cope" with the pain I suffer, if I do not, I would almost certainly be forced to jump off the High Level bridge to escape the terrible pain I suffer.
 I don't want to take painkillers, nobody does. I don't want to be forced to live on painkillers that are full of toxic fillers that accumulate in your vital organs, just because the WCB of Alberta refuses to help me. The idea that injured workers "want to take drugs" is absurd at best.

WCB Pattern of Abuse transcends 2 generations exposing Failed Ideology of the PC Party of Alberta

 The WCB of Alberta proudly wears their failed ideology badge of abuse as a warning to future generations of Canadians, of the damage that is needlessly inflicted upon families and children who continue to become needless victims of their abusive corporate dogma that is called conservatism.

I never did get to finish this post because of a severe pain event, but I did want to let people know that I am not the first in my family to be abused by the Alberta WCB. My father was injured at work while he was working on a flat roof here in Edmonton when I was a child. I never new my father and only met him briefly on a few occasions when I became a young man. I believe that it was one of my Uncles that had told me he had worked with my father in the flat roofing business years ago. It was no until the last 10 years that I found out that dad had become injured at work, this was told to me by my family.
 When we were kids and we were Ward's of the Government, or foster kids as we were called we were told by the Welfare people that our parents were drunks and that was why we were taken away from them as kids. We had no reason to disbelieve that Welfare people, we were kids we naturally believed them. We were never told that the real reason we were taken was because Dad had been injured at work and could not provide for the family. This was a chilling realization when I discovered that not only am I not the first to be abused in our family, and that I was not the first person in my indigenous family to be rendered homeless by the horrible abusive practices of the Alberta WCB.
 I had always thought that the WCB had only in recent years become misanthropic family wreckers, but I was wrong this has been going on and standard practice for a generation now here in Alberta. That is a sad fact and a sobering reminder of what exactly transpired here in Alberta in my lifetime. It is sad because it should never be the case where a workplace injury results in a family being torn apart to appease an insurance corporation for the benefit of their profit margins.
 It is also a stark reminder of the diametric realities that indigenous families have been subjected to for decades now here in Hellberta.   I mean think about it for a moment, imagine that your family had been ripped apart and thrown to winds to grow up in foster homes because of WCB, and that you had been told your entire childhood by the Alberta Government, that the reason you did not grow up with your parents was because they were drunks. This is the reality that indigenous children have grown up with here in Alberta, so when I see our phony Mayor posing for the cameras with a full native headdress on the immediate thought I had when I see him and our Police Chief talking about reconciliation and how they are doing all these things for indigenous peoples I have to call a spade a spade.
 I am saying that Mayor Iveson is doing what White People have been doing to the Indian peoples of this land for generations now, throwing them out a pile of Trinket and Beads. When I see the Mayor publicizing street names here in Edmonton, as a part of reconciliation, I have to call this BS when I see it, because I see the Mayor doing is what the last Mayor did, "Throwing out Trinkets and Beads" to the local indigenous population for their consumption. I do not want any of Mayor Don Iveson's Trinkets and Beads thank you very much. All I see here is yet another phony champion of the downtrodden, shilling for votes from the young people of this community. That is what I see going on here.
 And when I seen the Chief of Police proudly announcing that not only should the Edmonton Police Service CONTINUE the practice of carding minorities, but he would like the program EXPANDED and legitimized by the governing NDP Party of Alberta. I would be extremely distraught if the Alberta government would be so inclined to actually lend legitimacy to this illegal practice, by producing a Province wide LAW so that this practice could become common practice in EVERY community that is not already doing so.

 This is NOT Reconciliation Mayor Don Iveson, this is discrimination. This is not reconciliation, this is simply more Colonialism being brought down onto groups that are already marginalized, and that Mr. Mayor is called discrimination. So for the City of Edmonton to throw around these token gestures by "Throwing more Trinkets and Beads at the Indians" is an insult to an entire race of people. For the City of Edmonton to continue down this path of further marginalization by supporting a Police Chief that truly believes that hassling Indian people for the crime of walking down the street, it is just plain shameful conduct for a Mayor and a City council of Misanthropes. Our current City Council is in my opinion "The FACE of racism in Edmonton" because they hired the Chief of Police and they continue to support his policies. The Chief of Police is so racist he does not even know that he is a racist, and that is a real problem for this City of Edmonton residents.
 Mayor Don Iveson pretends to go around promoting Reconciliation, yeah, well there is the TRUTH right there Mr. Mayor. Is that how you grew up in your family? Is that what your were subjected to as a child in Edmonton Mr. Mayor? Is that how your family was torn apart Mr Mayor. No, I did not think so. You were brought up in a family with your brothers and sisters, many indigenous people never got that opportunity and all because of Corporate GREED. That is shameful, but if we are ever to reach true reconciliation then it is time we got honest about what has been going on here in this City and this Province for a period that spans a generation. That is sad, and it is a painful when you realize what has been lost here because of systemic racism and discrimination against indigenous peoples families and the families of seriously workers families in Alberta.
 There is your Alberta Advantage right there folks, discriminating and marginalization could only be sold as an Advantage here in this province of Alberta. That is sad and terrible and until the Mayor and the people of this province come to grips with that then nothing is going to change for an entire race of people because the very definition of genocide is when 1 race of people actively work towards wiping out the Culture of another race of people. Check the definition, and you will find that I am correct. If these wounds are ever to be healed then this practice of carding, which is being promoted by this City Council needs to end once and for all.

Accidental WCB Blogger and Writer

 I have received numerous comments about my bad writing. For this I apologize, however to put this all in context we need to examine how I arrived at starting this blog.
 I was a working foreman employed by my boss Jimmy to erect and clad Pre-engineered Metal Buildings, and one day I fell at work while helping Jimmy on a small project that we were subbed out to Corporate Projects for. I was extremely happy with my job, as I was a foreman and I loved my job because Jimmy gave me complete control over how I ran the job and managed the manpower.
 I never wanted to be a writer of any kind, I was thrown into this buy virtue of need because I was no longer capable of keeping track of all of the horrific evil deeds that the WCB of Alberta would needlessly spring on me every single time I would try to access proper, timely and relevant medical treatments and diagnostic tests.
 If there are some people out there that have a need to criticize my typos, spelling and grammar errors that is unfortunate because I typically take up the writing when the Chronic Pain I suffer spikes and I become bed ridden in pain. Chronic Pain takes no days off, and it knows no limits to the amount of mental torture it can inflict on you. It is extremely difficult to write many days when you are encircled in a massive halo of pain that is tireless in its attack on your senses. Your senses are overcome with the pain signals that continue to attack your will to live on this planet. It is a terrible affliction, that robs you of your ability to complete the most mundane tasks, tasks that would seem simple to the majority of people.
 Chronic Pain attacks your ability to even put together complete thoughts some days because it the pain is so intense it overcomes any other thoughts you may be experiencing. There is no limit to the intensity of these pain events. Because of these intense Chronic Pain events, on many occasions it will take me 2,3 or 4 days to complete just one single post to my blog. So as a natural result of these pain events I have to stop writing because it is impossible for me to complete on that day, and continue again on a day when I feel that there is a chance for me to complete the task. The end product is that I do the best that I can within the physical limitations that my accident has left me with.
 I was never a computer whiz and struggle everyday with trying to complete the simplest of tasks on my blog because I am so blinded by pain some days I cannot concentrate on the screen long enough to find out how to solve a simple problem that I am experiencing in blogger. I love Google and all of the tools that they make available because they help to make it much easier to understand how it works and how to solve some of the issues that you are experiencing with their YouTube videos, that they produce to help you. That being said, it is still a mountain that is too big to climb on some days, as I become so disabled that I cannot even concentrate on watching a video explaining how to solve my problem which may be as mundane as resizing a video, etc.
 I never wanted to go to War with the Alberta WCB, but the WCB of Alberta has become so uber corrupted by the fake policies that the WCB [Guy Kerr] Claims to be a collaboration of all stakeholders, when infact these meetings are all CLOSED to injured workers and the general public so they can craft their heinous criminal actions for the sole purpose of perverting the original purpose of the Workers Compensation legislations.
 One the very day that I realized that there NEVER would be a day when I would appear before a legitimate panel of people who actually have ANY skillsets that are related to being impartial and fair judges of your medical condition, was the day that I decided to search for a place on the Internet where I could keep a record of these horrific crimes that the WCB of Alberta routinely doles out in the name of making their OWN paycheque much larger. That was the day that I did an Internet search and found blogger.

The WCB of Alberta = PROFIT for inflicing lethal doses of PAIN and Suffering!

 And that is how I became and accidental writer, it was out of pure necessity in order to preserve my own sanity and to keep a running log of what is happening and what has happened in the realm of my WCB Claims and in the arena of the continual abuse that the WCB loves to dole out to the unsuspecting soles like myself who have become disabled by no fault of their own, they simply went to work and were injured in a workplace accident.

 It was an accident on the day I fell, it is that cut and dried simple, my boss and the jobsite Superintendent were both helping me when I fell.

 I now believe that the WCB of Alberta conspired to deliberately mentally ABUSE me from the day I fell and entered their super corrupt Royal Alexandra Hospital, it was NO accident that the Job Super for Corporate Projects drove me to the RAH while I was begging him to drive me to the University of Alberta Hospital. The WCB teaches courses to companies on HOW to deny benefits to injured workers, Robert was instructed to drive me to the Officially Recognized WCB Hospital which is the Royal Alex Hospital.

 Since the WCB of Alberta has absolutely NO legitimate reason to deny me benefits, the only way they can is to saturate you with their continual and unabated THREATS until you suffer a mental breakdown. Then on that day they will ban you from ALL of their facilities and taunt you with their mentally deranged Claims Managers who gleen great pleasure from phoning you to scream at you and inflict even further mental anguish on a severely disabled person, it is a sicko Merry-go-round designed by their Executive Board of Shandenfraude deranged humans.
 What is so distorted is that my WCB Claims Manager would actually take the time out of her day to phone me and scream at me 1 YEAR AFTER she cut me off of all benefits, how frigging WARPED is that kind of behavior? Goddamn warped is what these people are. And that folks is HOW I became the Accidental WCB blogger, because it was the only outlet that I had, since my Claims Manager took my APPEAL and fed it into the paper shredder.
 There have been many Injured Workers who have asked me to design their Web pages, but I am not even capable of managing my own blog page, so that is not a reality for me.
I have got to go put on a pain patch and wait for that to take effect, Peace out!

Man lights himself on fire at Workers' Compensation Board, Edmonton

 The statement by Guy Kerr who is the Chief Executive Officer of the WCB AB is a total lie. Empty words from a man with an empty soul.
 I have the right to say that because I live in poverty supported by taxpayers under AISH, while a Multi-millionaire Exec gets Filthy RICH putting workers in their early graves.
In his statement he is quoted as saying that his staff is always willing to help anyone who is in distress. Hah! This is where I draw the line! This is pure WCB Kerr Bullshit. Just another routine LIE for someone with a proven record as a chronic WCB liar.
 When you lie, and you lie without any conscience this indicates that you have sociopathic tendencies by virtue of your inability to feel any kind of apathy for the victims.
 If Mr. Guy Kerr's concern was genuine, then WHY Mr. Kerr do seriously injured workers continue to attempt suicides in YOUR Office?
 We all know the answer is that his scripted responses are a great big bag of WCB prepared lies.
 Sadly every corporate Post Media outlet in Edmonton and Calgary are too damned GUTLESS to question this do-nothing Millionaire moniker of SELF ENTITLEMENT, that is left over from the old corrupt PC Government.
 This man collects Million Dollar paycheques for enabling his crack team of WCB Hack Lawyers with crude legal tools specifically designed for KILLING injured workers. Guy Kerr is a Multi-millionaire by virtue of driving injured workers to their early graves, as they wade through the quagmire of bullshit and lies that have been laid as litigious LAND MINES for unsuspecting disabled workers!
 That fact alone is in of itself is a horrible and despicable crime against humanity. This organization has been molded  into a Progressive Conservative TOOL of DEATH that is deftly wielded by these misanthropic misfits that Mr. Guy Kerr glowingly parades as his Claims Managers.
 Mr. Guy Kerr is the most prolific example of PC Self-Entitlement ever created. Guy Kerr as the PC Glamour Boy of corporate excess, it is like hanging a dead animal on your gate as a warning to visitors. His tireless devotion to early termination of injured workers claims [lives] is the stuff of PC Govt. legend.

Who could forget Thomas Lukaszuk and his flacid dick response to reporters when asked about WCB Claims Managers BONUSES, he said; "I cannot alter the bonus system because the WCB has an independent board of directors that approved it."

 Guy Kerr IS the lightning rod for any human who would dare stand up to the horrific corruption of the now flaccid PC government. He IS the cause of the mounting fear, that provided the necessary fuel for the Wildrose to hurl abuse at the NDP Govt. during the WCB Bill 6 Protests.
 Get rid of Kerr and you get rid of the Fear his presence generates, it is that simple.
 The farmers are not dumb, they know what is coming down the pipe from this horribly CORRUPT and bogus WCB scheme. Farmers know that WCB AB under Kerr is going to be Pure HELL.
 Farmers Do NOT want to see their employees on TV dying in the WCB Alberta offices because the WCB of Alberta plans to never help them, the WCB AB only NEEDS the farmer's cash to subsidize the Transnational Tar Sands Corporations premiums.
 Farmers cannot afford to utilize the tried and true "Bobbles and Trinkets SAFETY AWARD programs" that are used so successfully by the Tar Sands contractors to guarantee that workers will NOT REPORT injuries!
 The big contractors and Oil companies call these Trinkets programs "SAFETY PROGRAMS", you get a free jacket if nobody reports an injury! All the big OilCo's can afford these bogus programs.
 So as a natural result of the bogus WCB Safety programs, the Tar Glop companies get to pay the LOWEST artificially subsidized WCB rates in North America; for NOT REPORTING injuries!
 See how the WCB of Alberta bogus safety REWARDS PROGRAM works? Small companies have known this for years, but they are afraid to say anything lest the WCB Alberta would react with PUNISHING RATE penalties.
 Corrupt and abusive Claims Managers could do themselves and humanity a great big favor if they would simply go kill themselves! Drunken WCB Claims Managers love to joke about the claimants in so much despair they have to commit suicide to escape the horrors of the WCB of Alberta. It is what they love to joke about when they get all drunked up with their dysfunctional misanthropic friends. Many of my friends have postulated that eventually one day an disabled claimant will use enough gasoline to barbecue the misanthrope palace that Guy Kerr has honed into the most famous and heinous WCB Hellpit in North America.
 The Alberta government failing to take action is only a corrupt corporate continuation of the past corrupt PC Government policy. It looks like the new Boss Notley is the SAME as the Old Boss (Redford, Prentice, Stelmach, Kline). Continuing to DO NOTHING about the plight of injured workers is putting WCB workers at risk of leaving their fortified fortress. They HAVE to walk to their car eventually right? (Rhetorical question) I am only pointing out the obvious dangers of the Thomas Lukaszuk Do-nothing strategy. This do-nothing strategy continues to escalate an already volatile situation. It is only a natural human instinct to respond to the continual atrocities that these WCB AB bastards are doling out.

 His well rehearsed and scripted media lines are all that Guy Kerr needs to suppress any kind of meaningful investigation into this horrific and abusive government sponsored FRAUD organization! You do not believe me? Where have you been living? Mars?

 I know precisely what kind of response these bastards have waiting for you, because I have personally went to the WCB office in downtown Edmonton BEGGING for help,

and to the WCB Millard bogus Health Rehab center at the old airport and the ONLY thing that the WCB security staff did was to THREATEN ME. Every WCB claimant knows this to be the truth. I remember replying to WCB security at Millard after they threatened me as I walked to the street, I responded with something along the lines of "Yeah, you guys threatening a cripple is so brave." They were like, "Yeah, just come back here and see what we are going to do to you."
 This kind of bullying by WCB security staff is not just disturbing stuff for a seriously injured worker, this kind of abuse by the WCB of Alberta staff adds to the Post Traumatic Stress Injury inflicted by these abusive bastards. I believe that the terrible abuse that I have suffered at the hands of these WCB monsters has inflicted a PTSD injury ON TOP of the Spinal Trauma I suffered from falling off of a steel rafter at work.
 This event is just terrible news, this only re-inforces the belief that I have that the new NDP government of Rachel Notley is too damned SCARED to take on the mega-rich corporations that openly SUPPORT the killing, maiming and mental torturing of seriously injured workers who try to access WCB benefits that they are legally entitled to.

The WCB Alberta response to me crying out in agonizing pain and begging them for help only resulted in the WCB threatening to lay criminal charges against me and BANNING me from ANY WCB Building or facility. I do not feel one ounce of pity for WCB employees, who could feel empathy for pathogenic misanthropes?
So yeah, I have first hand knowledge and experience of the THREATS of violence etc, that the WCB CEO Guy Kerr speaks of when he butters up these tragedies with more lies.
 Guy Kerr gets to wear this this mans pain as his own personal badge of Gross Negligence and  incompetence. I personally do not believe this is incompetence, I believe this is a personality defect that does not allow him to feel empathy towards a fellow citizen who is disabled by his injury.
 The WCB Alberta only knows 1 kind of rehabilitation method, THREATS and INTIMIDATION. When I attended the WCB Millard I never got to experience even 2 minutes of rehabilitation, because the WCB Millard phony rehab center was too busy issuing threats to terminate my benefits. I spent my 3 days at the Millard phony rehab facility being intimidated into signing legally binding documents.
 To this day I have never received any proper rehabilitation from WCB, only THREATS. WCB Alberta believes that THREATS are rehabilitation, it is the only rehab they know.

This is pathological WCB Mental Torture, it is that plain and simple. This proves what I have been saying and writing for almost a decade now, that the WCB of Alberta DOES NOT CARE how badly injured you are! The feigned concern that Guy Kerr spews is nothing more than crocodile tears to satisfy the Corporate News Media.

 If the Rachel Notley government continues to support this man with WCB premiums, then they will loose the next election guaranteed, because this is NOT the CHANGE that the NDP had promised, that is for damned sure!
